Bel hôtel de luxe à proximité de l'aéroport

L'accueil, notamment par le chef français, très agréable, qui nous a réservé une table pour le dîner IFTAR en nous faisant un prix. La piscine en longueur où nous avons pu nager presque seuls, joliment aménagée. Belles prestations et rapport qualité-prix intéressant en cette période de Ramadan. Proximité de l'aéroport, mais très calme. Belle chambre confortable et très belle salle de bain. Ils ont ajouté un lit pour la 3e personne. Le musicien le soir après le dîner qui a joué dans la cour. Super petit-déjeuner.

Overall nice hotel.

Very nice hotel. It was clean and modern. Pool was very nice. It is also located very closely to the airport (but you wouldn't know). And since Muscat is very small it's also not far from the city and since a car in Muscat is ESSENTIAL, this hotel is great. Parking available and easy.

Not very busy and so not much of an atmosphere. But that may not be a bad thing...

Very clean and furnished well with excellent breakfast and restaurant staff ..

The front disk staff is very bad and untrained.. He didn’t explain any information about facilities in hotel even not mentioned the internet password, the site of restaurant for breakfast, he was playing candy crush while processing, i informed him 2 times and i went for speaking to him about the ac which it was not working in my room and nothing done ..

Dirty - faeces everywhere

The property is in the middle of nowhere and the hotel is dead. The facilities are not kept to a good standard. The water in the swimming pool had mucus in it floating around. The bed sheet was not changed; we basically slept on the past user’s secretions and upon asking them three times to change the sheets they still did not do so. We had to take the sheets down to reception to forcefully change it. They shamelessly said we offer you a free lunch! Mr Benson, these incidents don’t even occur in 3-star hotels, let alone a so called 5-star one! We were so disrespected at this property. They are shameless.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hormuz Grand Room with my family, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations!
