Si regresaría nuevamente a hospedarme

elegí este lugar porque está alejado del centro de la ciudad de Oaxaca, un lugar muy tranquilo con alberca con desayuno continental, además cuenta con comedor

Todo me gusto, había fiestas patronales y hubo muchos cuetes, pero me gustó

Pésima actitud de las de recepción, no es una hotel de descanso, se escucha todo, no funciona adecuadamente la presión de la regadera, mis amigos con los que íbamos tuvieron que bañar con agua fría,la verdad no regresaría.

Lovely, relaxing, well located, Mexican experience

This is a lovely garden property, quiet, and. well groomed. The pool and barbecue area were highlights of our stay. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful.

The room for my elderly in-laws could have been a little more conscious of the slippery shower floor... grips would have been useful and floor decals to prevent slipping.

lovely escape in the hills from the Oaxaca, but don’t base yourself here if you want to see anything but a hotel

lovely oasis, poor, breakfast etc.

so far away from everything - it costs way to much to get taxis anywhere (eg 350 pesos to airport)

Fabulous

Every thing especially the staff sonya and the girls were so lovely and very helpful the breakfast the pool the peace I would definitely recommend and come back again booked 2 nights stayed 8 so that says it all the little village 5 min walk and local bus that takes you in to Centro 5 min walk beautiful place to stay and relax

First off the receptionist Sonja was wonderful spoke perfect English very kind and helpful such a lovely person Fabulous place to stay lovely grounds and swimming pool and breakfast was delicious a real treat Every one all staff were friendly and kind I would certainly recommend staying

a quality hotel with phenomenally kind staff

the best staff in Oaxaca! they helped me out in a real bind. I left my backpack (with important items) in a restaurant between puerto escondido and Oaxaca and they coordinated the shipping back to Oaxaca. otherwise, the hotel is quite nice too. clean, quiet, reasonably priced, our double room even had a mini fridge, which has been a rare thing in my travels throughout Mexico (7 months or so).

Pool could have been a bit cleaner but really it wasn’t that hot outside anyway.

It was a great experience in regards to how clean the room was and also that it was such a cute place to stay at but did

I loved that it had a pool and kid friendly ride. They also had a restaurant inside so that was great to have really close!

The Wi-Fi connection was really low, which was frustrating. I also didn’t have great signal which was also very frustrating. It was disappointing that the pool wasn’t heated though. My toddler couldn’t get into the pool and enjoy late in the afternoon because it was too cold 😕

Nice place

The place is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us get a taxi every time we asked for one. They were readily available to help us with anything we needed. We even had some of our clothes washed which was great. The food was decent.

The pool needs to be cleaned. Lots of insects floating in the water. The shower was challenging because the water would either be really really hot or really cold. There was a very large cockroach in one of our rooms. We know this place is further up in the mountains where you may encounter more insects but we were not expecting to have one in the room. When we checked in, the paperwork we signed indicates they are not responsible for lost items. Both safe boxes didn't work. Luckily we did not encounter any problems. It indicates on the reservation that they have air conditioning but it really is only a fan. You need a car or taxi if you stay here, it's 20min from El centro by taxi.

Perfect Getaway

Very accommodating , staff are amazing, english speaking , views are beautiful also and the free continental breakfast was lovely also!

Quiet and tucked away, plenty of space to relax. Few restaurants and local shops in the area too.

Really quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Centro area. Short walk to shops and nearby restaurants. Friendly staff and big rooms made it a great place to chill out and relax.

Amazing location, wonderful and kind staff, very clean and well kept property, super helpful staff and so nice, very comfy bed, lively calm environment, nice fresh breakfast, amazing value, honestly one of the best hotels in Oaxaca, I will for sure stay here again every time I’m in Oaxaca.

Very disappointing experience. Definitely would not recommend this property to anyone.

Looks nice on the outside, but extremely uncomfortable and very faulty on the inside.

Small dark rooms, old furniture, uncomfortable beds, faulty bathroom, disfunctional wifi, unrespondent management, staff is nice but way overworked and absent. This property is incorrectly categorized as a “hotel” and its outside appearance as a “boutique” experience is a total fraud. It is in reality a house with no one home…
