Apartment was OK-ish, a little to expensive, for what it offers.
Air conditioning.
Entrance metal door gate - we felt more secure, closing the metal gate during the night.
We felt very unsafe in the neighborhood. in the first 2 hours after we arrived, the police came twice some drunk homeless persons who slept right across the street from the apartment. A lot of shady drunk aggressive people.
The next day somebody took a shit in front of my car. we just couldn't wait to leave, to be honest.
Sewage smells in the bathroom.

Well equipped, spacious flat with comfy beds. The location is great, the host is helpful. I can only recommend.

It was nice to have a big lounge to relax on. We made use of the washing machine and drying racks. The kitchen was well equipped. The heating was perfect although it meant we didn't need to use the fireplace.
No Tv in the lounge room.

Nothing.

The appartement is well-situated, closed to many touristic attractions. It's spacious, with high ceilings and nicely decorated. The host is very nice and helpful.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable.
The location is very close to the touristic attractions even on foot.
It is in an old house which makes the stay even more authentic, you really live in the neighborhood of local people.
I liked the small courtyard with green plants.
We closed all windows and curtains when we left in the morning, and the apartment stayed relatively cool even when it was 38 grades outside - but the fans were also handy.
Can not mention any

Location was good
Very old beds and furnitures. The court yard inside the building was not in good conditions, not a good impression at the start

Awesome and cozy Appartment. Perfect for People looking to be close to the City Center.
Also Vadim was really helpful and nice to us.
Nothing to complain about.

Cozy appartment situated approximately 7 minutes from Erzsébet Boulevard, with a lot of space, very tall rooms, around 4 meters high (I suspect the building is from the 19th century) and, although we went at the beginning of December, inside was very warm and we had no problem with the heating. Beds are particularly comfortable, you have lots of drawers and wardrobes in which you can organize your clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all sorts of appliances, you have a toaster, dish washing machine, washing machine, espresso machine, a spacious fridge, a lot of counters, tabble with bar stools.
In the living room you have 2 sofas (probably extendable), with a smart TV, dinner table, a fireplace that you can use (if you are by car or if you buy your own wood for fire or you can speak to the host and he can help you with this matter).
Regarding the location, if you are lucky enough and come to Budapest by car, you can park your car in front of the building but remember, parking is not for free anywhere in Budapest and you have to pay once every 3 hours at vending machines (one is at the corner of the building) or you can pay in the application (Simple by OTP is called) for the entire day. However, from Erzsébet Bvd. you can take tram no. 4 or 6 and arrive almost anywhere near the main touristic objectives.
If you want to go to Buda Castle for exemple, you take tram 4/6, you ride up to Széll Kálmán ter (one of the biggest and busiest mass transit nodes in Budapest) and from there you can take bus no 16 or 16 A that will leave you right next to Mattias Church or even nearer to Buda Castle.
For the Parliament, one way to get there is by taking the same tram 4 or 6 and ride to Jászai Mari ter (right before the bridge over Danube River) and from there you can take tram no 2 that leaves you right at the parliament. Also, from the location you are about 10 minutes away from Baha Luija metro station on M2 that has very good connections to all other metro lines.
Everything was perfect. Maybe a little noisy in the morning when the garbage truck came, but you have the windows right in front of the main street, so I wouldn't call that an issue. Also, I haven't seen an AC, so I do not know how the appartment cools down in the very hot summer months, but we went in December so that wasn't an issue.

Great location, we could park on the street in front of the building, clean and comfortable!

everything was super clean! wifi works pretty well and the location is actually pretty good!
nothing to complain about. maybe if u are planning to stay there with a lot of people, sometimes one WC is not enough

The house was perfekt and comfortable. The whole communication with the house-owner was 100%.
The house is situated close to a pub, and at the first night there was so noisy and loud till 4.00 a.m., that we couldn´t sleep at all.

Everything was OK. Large apartment, clean, comfortable.
