A warm welcome on arrival. Nice room, but cold, comfortable bed. Great location and free parking.
The room was cold

staff were very friendly room and bathroom was lovely
No parking and looking at the room would think it would be cold in the winter

Clean, Comfortable and keen to help staff
The barriers erected beside the river while work being carried out on the footpath.

Perfect location to see family. Comfortable room.
4.0
Location was good. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, bacon was overcooked, pancakes -to my knowledge- were not fresh.
Room was quite dirty and grubby, there was damp patches, toilet could do with a splash of bleach. Cobwebs, corners of room were forgotten. I pulled the blind down in the bathroom, but couldn’t get it back up because there wasn’t any cord.
The two beds were frayed and could do with replacing.
6.0
The area where the hotel was situated.
The room was too small, the decor was very tired and no air conditioning. It was basically a single room being used as a double.
2.0
The place needs a good decorate
Its in poor repair

Staff doing their best.
Great position. Beer was good.
Terrible state of chairs and tables in public areas, ghastly sticky carpet. Paintwork dirty and chipped.
Small old fashioned bedroom and bathroom.
45 minutes wait for very avge food
Bed bugs.

Plug to the sink was missing
9.0
Location. Convenience
Limited car parking spaces.

Staff generally helpful. Good breakfast with enthusiastic service.
The major problem was the inadequate overnight safe storage facility for a bicycle. Although not conspicuous, my cycle had to be left outside. With the high national incidence of cycle thefts, this is no a good idea.
No plug in wash basin.
No bedside light on the only accessible way to get into bed.

Staff very friendly
Weather 😂

Good location to visit the Norfolk Broads - OK for one night.
The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Thin walls - could hear the snoring from the next bedroom.
The glass collection was at 5.15am - not appreciated!!
They advertise full wifi but it was via The Cloud and kept dropping out.

Clean & relatively spacious
Bathroom looked ‘tired’, cracked wash basin, shower tray support timber exposed (possible missing trim). Only one bedside catered for with lighting. Main light fitting looked very dated (‘70’s era). Old carpet.

The location was very good and interesting. The hotel rooms are in need of a refurbishment but still remain comfortable and clean. A relaxing stay and bar staff were very good.
Nothing that comes to mind.
1.0
The location and staff
The room was disgraceful. Cracked sink, cracked shower tray. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Tap was very stiff and water in sink extremely slow to drain away.

The hotel itself is an old property and is a little travel worn and in need of some refurbishment. Having said that, the room we had was perfectly servicable, comfortable bed, central heating and ensuite shower room. Located beside Wroxham bridge and carpark leading down to the waters edge. Excellent food and exceptional staff make up for any shortcomings the building itself has. Excellent value for money. The Ritz it isn't but you are not paying Ritz money.
nothing springs to mind except the creaky floorboards.

Ideal for my fishing trip, everything was fine and good value
No fruit juice with breakfast

huge room! very comfortable bed
nothing :)

Loved the bed ! When we arrived and sat on the bed the mattress seemed so hard we thought we were in for an awful nights sleep, how wrong can one man and his wife be ? Extremely comfortable.
Typical old building with creaking floorboards and drafty windows gave it charm but the seating in the pub/restaurant wasn't up to much, they have a big Chesterfield sofa that is so torn and tatty and it doesn't help having dogs in the pub & restaurant area and allowed on the seats, on the next table to us on our last night there was a lady with a dog sat on the seating either side of her whilst eating and this was about 3ft away from my wife eating, this cannot be hygienic ? Can it ?

Wroxham is a great place, home of the broads. 5 min walk to train station to Norwich . friendly staff, always the same every time we go (first time stayed in hotel but frequent pub visitors) thanks for a great stay

Lighting in room could have brighter, but that is a personal preference. Other than that the room was fine.
