Centrale

Posizione centrale. Possibilità di parcheggio accanto alla struttura sulla Piazza Madrice, altrimenti in zone limitrofe. Appartamento ben tenuto, nuovo e completo di tutto l' occorrente con una bella cucina. Propietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo non mi è stato dato l' appartamento che avevo prenotato con finestra e balcone ma un altro, più grande, ma con due sole piccole finestre con sbarre ed affaccio su un piccolo vicolo angusto largo due metri. Dunque l' appartamento, pur bello in sé e ben fornito, risultava molto molto buio, poco areato e con una vista del tutto inesistente.

L accueil d antonio L'emplacement, palerme à environ 35 min Segeste à 20 min, réservé de zingaro 15 min.

Il ne manquerait que quelques ustensils de cuisine , par exemple un plat pour aller au four 😉

relax e sole

posto perfetto, vicino al centro storico e alla spiaggia . Presenti in zona tutti i servizi possibili.. e una volta parcheggiata la macchina puoi fare tutto a piedi. Casa accogliente molto pulita, e ottima accoglienza del proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Sehr zentrale und saubere Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir sind nicht das erste Mal in dieser sehr gut gelegenen Unterkunft von Luisa und Antonio. Aber wir sind das erste Mal in einer der Wohnungen im 1. Stock. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Wohnungen. Die obere Wohnung ist die beste, weil es ein direkten Zugang zur Gemeinschaftsterrasse gibt. Die Wohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon ist perfekt für 3 Personen. Wobei ich glaube, dass man die Couch im Wohnbereich auch ausziehen kann. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer), die völlig ausreicht, wenn mal im Sommer gekühlt wird (Tür zum Schlafzimmer auflassen). Alles nötige für die Küche ist vorhanden. Wir haben nur Kaffee dort gekocht und den Kühlschrank für Milch und Getränke genutzt. Genug Handtücher sind auch vorhanden, ein Föhn, Dusch/-Shampoo Nach einer Woche kann auf Wunsch das komplette Bettzeug und die Handtücher gewechselt werden. Wir haben das nie genutzt, weil wir die Waschmaschine (gute Kurzprogramme / Wäscheständer sind auf der Terrasse vorhanden) genutzt haben. Da wir den Ort sehr gut kennen brauchten wir Luisa & Antonio nicht kontaktieren. Beide sind jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es haben schon einige unserer Freunde auch eine der Wohnungen bewohnt.

Das Kopfteil des Bettes hat in der kleinen Wohnung mit Balkon immer Geräusche gemacht, wenn man sich mal umgedreht hat. Wir haben dann ein Stück Pappe zur Abhilfe zwischen Kopfteil des Bettes und Wand gesteckt). Sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Um 8 Uhr pünktlich läutet die Glocke der “Chiesa Madre” und dann immer im 15-min Intervall. Evtl nichts für Langschläfer oder Menschen die nur einen leichten Schlaf haben. Uns stört es nicht, weil wir vor 8uhr aufstehen “Carpe Diem”

Una “chicca” di soggiorno.

La pulizia accuratissima, la simpatia dell’host, la posizione strategica e centrale, ZTL a parte. È perché no, la bottiglia di vino che abbiamo ricevuto in dono! Un ottimo Nero d’Avola. Dimenticavo. Un terrazzino da sogno, silenzioso e discreto.

Great holiday great location

The host was super nice, informative, and helpful. The place is small but just right for a family of four on holiday. The area was bustling with activity during the day and more so at night. We loved it.

All was fine, but just be aware that in the summer weekends there are some parking restrictions in the centre to allow for pedestrianisation, which is a big plus to enjoy the place. We were still not parked far off though. All good.

Excellent stay with super hosts!

We had a nice stay in Casa Vacanze. Luisa and Antonio are the most wonderful hosts! Antonio came to pick us up and helped us a lot with parking and questions since there was a festival going on. He showed us the accommodation and explained everything with help of Google Translate. He was really incredibly helpful! Luisa was available anytime for questions or tips for things to do which was wonderful. The nicest hosts! The last morning there was no water or electricity because of construction but Luisa answered us quickly and the hosts apologised. It was not their fault and we had to leave soon anyway. One of us forget their bathing suit and Luisa and Antonio dropped it of at a hotel in town so we could still pick it up, thank you so much! The accommodation is small but it has everything you need, very very clean and very comfortable beds. The location is in the middle of city center, Castellemmare is beautiful. The terrace is very nice. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay here, The room seemed a bit bigger on pictures and we were expecting two bedrooms instead of one for all four of us but this was written in the booking, so this was our own mistake. It did not matter in anyway because the accommodation is very comfortable and super clean. All in all a great stay, we 100% recommend other guests to stay here and we will return!

Superb

Next to the main church, you can hear and see the bell, which we liked a lot. The terrace is shared by 3 apartments and has view to the church, but in the heat we did not use it, only for drying clothes. Apartman is very clean, well equipped. The four beds are in one room separated by a clothes closet. 2nd floor with steep stairs , windows open to lifthof. Good aircon. Easy communication with the owner Antonio. He gave us recommendation and discount cards to restaurants and boat renting.

Tutto perfetto

Castellamare is an extraordinary beauty. Casa Madrice is located in a very central position, close to everything. The hosts are a family, who were very kind and helping. The father waited for us at the airport, and the thing that we arrived early wasn’t a problem, he took us to have a gelato until a room was ready. They organised a boat trip for us, which was also a unique experience. Overall Casa Madrice and Castellamare are an exellent choice, if you want “something less touristy” and “more sicilian life”.

The boiler/water system made noises when someone started the water on the taps. Even if your neighbours did, so sometimes in the middle of the night. But some earplugs resolved this problem easily.

The best option that you have to spend an amazing time at Castellammare del Golfo!

The house is really close to the beach, the place was great! Once we arrived, Antonio wait for us outside of the Chiesa Madre Santuario di Maria SS. del Soccorso. The room was great, we had everything that was advertised in the details. Antonio also was kind enough to recommend to us places to go and options to take for activities. We will definitely go back to Casa Vancanze Madrice!

the central place in Castellammare del Golfo

The location was great and the view from the terrace upstairs. The place was clean and had an air-condition. Nice city beach and the proper city-center.

It was the smallest place that we meet during our trip around Sicily.
