Excellent apartment with cozy yard, central location and vicinity to the beach

The host (Giovanni) with his wife met us warmly, handed in the keys and kindly introduced the apartment. Good comfortable accommodation. There is an air conditioner that helps to chill down the apartment. Kitchen equipped with basic things enough for cooking. The bathroom with toilet and shower is good. There is a washing machine for cloths. No dishwasher but it was not a problem for us. Cozy spacious yard with a sink with a water tap, table and chairs where one can eat outside. There is also a TV (kid was watching cartoons). Excellent central location, close to grocery boutiques, shops, church, the beach. Giovanni replies quickly (by internet or his mobile phone number) and helps with different questions. Highly recommended to stay here! Stayed in July 2022.

The apartment is not soundproof: in the first night (Sunday) it was very noisy from the road nearby. The rest of nights (including next Sunday), however, we did not feel noise discomfort. Wifi did not work for us even though Giovanni persistently tried to fix it several days. It's good to have corkscrew at the kitchen to open the wine bottles (we did not find it). The price could be a bit lower and not per person per night but for the apartment per night. In booking.com no gradation for price for children, all guests are considered as adults in the system. For kids the price should be lower. However, due to noise discomfort in the first night Giovanni made us discount for our kid for the whole period of stay. In the evening very difficult to find parking space for the car. Otherwise, overall it's a very nice place to stay!
