Diner was superb and staff excellent
4.1
Great location and fantastic view
The heater would make a terrible loud noise to the point we would have to turn it off
4.1
The queen bed was very old ,very bouncy and far too soft. End up rolling into each other and disturb each other turning over.
Replace the bed!

Older style motel, could do with some upgrades for the money you pay for a room.
Oldish, small tv

The location was good, near two supermarkets. Short walk to shops and pioneer park.
Would be good for family of four on a budget.
Used tissues on nightstand. Was in ground unit, could hear noises from above.

A bit outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re on the ground floor like we were you will hear people walking overhead and it can be quite loud. The fresh milk they give you at
Check in for coffee is a lovely touch.

Did what it said on the packet. Maybe better suited to a group of people in their 20's who don't spend much time at the unit except to pass out.
Obviously high turn-over rooms, couch had seen better days.

Good shower and comfy bed. Perfectly adequate as somewhere to sleep. The price was the best I could get in Alex.
Much smaller than I'd anticipated and the toilet cistern didn't fill with water, so I had to fill it myself. I was out all day cycling and too exhausted in the evening to complain at reception. The room compared poorly with my previous night's accommodation for exactly the same price.

After a stressful few weeks pulling up to Centennial Court was a dream—a lovely 2 bedroom room with everything we needed. And for an extra cost we could have our fur baby stress-free. The restaurant was everything I needed in my life. Perfectly cooked staek and all meals generous and delicious.
The restaurant staff were just lovely and I was extremely content and relaxed there.
The outdoor courtyard could have used a tidy so that we didn't bring debris inside with us and we didn't understand the extra costs for beds used when I booked using booking.com stating the number of people we had.

Very clean and friendly staff. Room service was great. Shower pressure was amazing and felt so clean and refreshed after!
Rotten window frames and around shower box, something spilt on the wall too. I am happy for partial service for second night stays but typically they would make the bed and do the dishes (I did them they just needed to be put away). If I was staying one night, then rebooked a second night I would have had full service of the rooms. Again I don’t mind partial service but you should be discounting the secondary nights as well.

Great facilities, lovely and clean

location good
on site restaurant was ok, basic food, cooked well
tourn blind on the door, curtains not fitting into the tracks, bedroom TV not working and toilet roll holder kept coming off the wall.
Deco very 70s

The location suited us.
It had off street parking.
We needed a sharp knife to cut our food. Instead of being in the drawer we had to go to reception to one. When we went to reception which was about 6pm it was closed.
If they are prepared to give you a knife then why not have them in the units?
If I were to ask for one would they say no?

Easy to find on main road.
Offered free parking but access was tight and another vehicle parked outside the unit so had to park on the street and haul gear in and out from there. Ground floor unit and the noise from upstairs was disruptive …walking, talking, running shower, flushing toilet.

Like home away from home. Most friendly staff. Definitely A+++ all round

Very friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant meal pretty good. Room clean and comfortable....that's all I ask...
No wi fi in my room, had to go to restaurant for access.

Room for as really cold took ages to heat up with a small heater, had to keep all doors open as only one heat source

We enjoyed the upgrade. Thanks After a long day of cycling, we were happy for the comfortable room. The lady at the desk was very helpful with our requests.

Easy and polite check in. The room was adequate and comfortable and had everything needed for a one night business stay.
The parking was a bit tight, I had to park my car outside another unit but happily the occupants didn’t mind.
