Very good location to explore Tashkent or as a stop over.

Rooms were perfect. The swimming pool was a bit busier than the first time I came (which was nice) and we were able to enjoy a quiet afternoon with food and drinks by the pool after a busy week visiting other parts of the country. Reception agent U. went far out of his way to help us with retrieving a passport our daughter had forgotten in Samarkand in time to fly back home and for this great service, we are very grateful.

Если выбирать отель 3* с хорошим расположением в центре, бассейном и завтраками и относительно небольшой ценой, то это хороший выбор. Однако, есть недочеты, которые огорчают.

Очень медленная работа сотрудников на ресепшен. ОЧЕНЬ МЕДЛЕННО. На оформление документов уходит около получаса. Отель откровенно усталый, это бывший Шератон с шикарной отделкой, но как год назад тек душ в номере, так и течет.Окна не открываются, кондиционирование встроенное, воздух тянет плохо. Самое неприятное это абсолютно пустой завтрак и грязные столы с неубранной посудой. Если руководству отеля будет интересно, то я могу прислать видео грязных столов и пустого завтрака. Печально.

Следующий раз в этот отель не поеду

Плохо работал кондиционер. Центральная система кондиционирования подавала теплый воздух, хотя все регуляторы были на минимальной температуре. Всю ночь было жарко и душно. На кровати было только теплое одеяло, поэтому пришлось его скинуть совсем.

服务人员都非常热情，尤其是前台的萨米拉耐心细致。早餐样式很丰富，水果新鲜。地理位置优越。

设施老旧了些，wifi信号不太好。枕头太高了睡得脖子疼。

Старый уставший отель с хорошим расположением и бассейном, требует ремонта и улучшения мотивации персонала.

Расположение, наличие бассейна и спа. Неплохой завтрак.

Очень старый отель, все изношено, кнопки в лифте не срабатывают, замок двери номера разбит, цепочка сорвана. Персонал обучен на 7/10, видно что мотивация не высокая. При прочих равных

Really good value for money: good quality hotel, nice facilities, very good breakfast.

Everything was perfect, no complaints - I suggested them to buy an additional coffee machine, as there were long quees in the morning. Hope they did

Good hotel for reasonable price, recommend to travelers

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable big room, good breakfast, fast elevators

Slow wi-fi, occasionally disappeared at all. When I checked in there was a bad smell in the room - like somebody had been smoking there, although the room was a non-smoking space (gradually gone)

Not quite up to standard for the reasons above

Very average breakfast by western standards you would expect a hot breakfast in a hotel like this, clearly that has not yet got through to the mgt. The continental breakfast is not good enough and should have been made clear on the website, as breakfast, however the room itself was excellent.

Also room service stops at 9pm ??? And the only option is snack from the bar and if want a cuppa and you like milk than you will have to get that from the bar too.

the rule for this holes: just ask the staff 3 times to solve your problem

the location and the room size is pretty large

there was not working restaurant, the management seems absent in the hotel, the staff is not synchronized in their activities. You have to solve new problem every day -either air conditioner features or wi-fi connection

the front desk Manager destroys all the impressions of the hotel

the location was nice but this is all I got from this hotel

the receiption manager is rood and not helpful you will not get registeration card for bank in breakfast there is nothing to eat windows are not opening swimming pool is green and dirty service is awesome

The rooms are nice and large, and the cleaning was good. Breakfast was ok. Location of the hotel was good for my needs (were visiting a conference at Hayatt).

The staff has to be trained better I had a guest at 6 am in the morning, coz the receptionist checked-in a guest in the same room and gave a key from my room. The receptionist put wrong dates on my reservation and I couldnt access the room the last day, had to go back for 15 stores to get a new key. The hotel didnt have a thermometer when I felt as having fever. The water in the shower was weak. The breakfast area was small and very old, staff wouldnt clean the tables in time.

I m still missing my invoice, On check out they give a wrong one (an extra early checkin that i paid is not mentoned) and promessed to correct and send the right one by email and i m still waiting
