El hotel tiene una alberca y muy limpia. La playa cerca a dos calles donde está la estatua del Poseidón. A media calle un super que tiene de todo y a tres calles del la terminal de autobús progreso.
Las calles un poco deteriorados

The pool and lobby area were very nice and clean. I liked having a little kitchen area which was perfect for a quick breakfast in the morning before heading out.
We were given a room that was under construction and then a room that only had one bed when we requested two. Finally, we were given a clean room with two beds and all was well. Somehow the receptionist was not aware of the construction or our request.

Pool was great. The room was well-equipped. It isn’t too far off the beaten path. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi was terrible. It generally was better in the morning and seem to get worse as the day went on. There were times in the evening where I couldn’t do anything with it. Water pressure was very low most of the time both in the kitchen and in the shower. It isn’t a great area to find somewhere to eat at night. Breakfast and early afternoon was better.

This is a homey, spotless, comfortable place full of thoughtful details. Everything you need in a visually delightful environment. Easy walk to malecon and mercado. Great value.

Beautiful comfortable hotel that makes you feel at home. We spent four days here and really enjoyed it. The property is well taken care of, bed was very comfortable, linen and towels were impeccably clean and nice. The staff - Ruth, Brenda and Mariana are very friendly and helpful, they also speak exclellent English. In addition, they are very responsible and look after their guests to make sure everything is going well - I left my ring behind after check out and they notified me immidiately (thank you!). The wifi worked great, AC worked great, the swimming pool was always clean. The property has lots of pleasant areas to rest in and enjoy. Very happy we chose this location. This is definitely our number one choice to stay in Progreso and we will be very happy to come back here again!

I stayed in the most fantastic apartment the accommodation has, with its own balcony facing the road, the apartment was big. fully equipped kitchen, there was also a private laundry room, where you could wash your clothes by hand. Well-kept and not a lot of animals. The owner was nice and helpful in every way. Wi-Fi worked well, The location is perfect, 5 min to the beach and 10 min to the center! Really want to recommend this accommodation!

One of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The property is so charming with so much attention to detail. Everything is brightly colored with tons of beautiful tiles and plants everywhere. We loved swimming in the pool and tanning on the upper patio. The front desk was super kind and helpful, even secured a taxi for us very early in the morning. Loved that we could buy a huge jug of purified water for our room for only 45 pesos. I will come back if I am in progreso again.
The lightbulbs in the rooms are very harsh led bulbs. Softer lighting would make the rooms more comfortable. Also only two flat pillows on the bed. The bed could use more pillows.

The staff were excellent; Brenda, Ruth, Marianna, Pedro and others were friendly and very helpful; several are fluent in English, and tolerant of my meager Espanol. Muchas gracias a todos!
The facilities were spacious and comfortable. I had the street-front second floor room, with balcony - very happy after a one-month stay. . Well-supplied kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 4-burner stove with oven, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave & blender. Powerful AC & ceiling fan. Very attractive and well-kept grounds and pool. Secure property, Safe in room. Variety of seating & lighting in room. Good bathroom facilities with attached exterior lavadero room with clothesline. Very tasteful Mexican decor with nice artistic touches. The location was great, only one block from the beach malecon, and far enough away from the main areas that the crowd noise does not reach, even though it is only 3-1/2 blocks from the main street. Staff will supply large jug pure water as needed for cheap price, and Pedro will bring to your room. Tap water, after boiling, has high content of calcium carbonate; coffee filter does the trick. Wi-Fi pretty good, if you keep doors open.
All in all, I think the best place I could have found in Progreso!
Only one thing, really, and that is (1) out of the hotel's control, and (2) pretty prevalent in Mexico: barking dogs across the street!
Could use a new mattress - one side good - the other... not so much!
Other stuff, minor and common: low water pressure; long time to get hot water flowing. One does get used to it !

Súper clean, comfortable and friendly. The family that own the place are wonderful, helpful. Even though my room did not have a kitchen as some do I had use of a communal kitchen and a large fridge in my room. plenty of drinking water provided and lovely soft towels and sheets. I had a lovely little sitting area right next to the pool. a lovely environment. 5 mins to beach and 10 to town/restaurants. A little shop for drinks and snacks right nearby.

Like the Mexican decor and cleanliness of rooms. It is several blocks to downtown, but only a block to the beach...
The pool did not seem so clean. They have some funny rules, like I was only allowed to have one towel... there are many tiny ants on the counters, but it seems this is normal for Mexico. Cool showers no hot water. I found the beach here not so clean...muddy waters... lots of skinny street dogs and cats.
