Katastrophale Unterkunft.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Die Örtlichkeiten, die wir erreichen wollten waren in nächster Nähe.

Beim Beach House Beta handelt es sich um einen Container. Dieser ist sehr klein und die Böden sind schwammig, eventuell durchgemodert. Insektenschutzgitter sind teilweise vorhanden, jedoch offensichtlich undicht. Fliegen, Mücken udgl. sind im kompletten Container, sodass ein Essen, Kochen nicht anzuraten ist. Sockelleisten fehlen. Im Badezimmer kleben erschlagenen Gelsen und Mücken an den Wänden und an der Decke. In der Duschkabine befindet sich Schimmel - nicht nur in den Ecken. Kalk und Schimmel an der Duschkabinentüre und -wand. Die Kleidungsstücke, welche im "Haus gelagert wurden, waren übersäht mit Mückenschiss. Der Garten ist zwar nutzbar, jedoch nicht nur für die "Hausbewohner" - es ist ein Gemeinschaftsgarten. Baden ist nicht möglich, da das Meer zu seicht ist. Der Pool war schmutzig - eine Reinigung wurde zugesagt, jedoch nicht durchgeführt. Das Whirlpool ist alt, die Sitzpolster im Auflösen begriffen und Schmutz im Becken. Am Samstagmorgen (07.00 Uhr) wurde vom Hausbesitzer das Nachbarhaus für neue Gäste hergerichtet, indem lautstark mittels Laubbläser gearbeitet wurde. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert. Wir reisten einen Tag früher als geplant/gebucht ab.

Divan i udoban smjestaj s rajskim pogledom i bozanskim mirom. I stari grcki Bogovi bi uzivali u ovom smjestaju.

Sve je super i sve je za 5!!!! Toliko je divno da nam kisa nije smetala a padala je 3 dana od 4 dana boravka u raju. 💖

Great accomadation for 2adults/2 kids in beautifull area!

Great location with view on the olive garden and the lake. Nice accommodation with private pool, sun beds and jacuzzi. Kids loved it. 2 separated bedrooms (1 double and 2 single beds) 1 living with airco and connected kitchen. 1 bathroom. Pictures showed by the property are correct. Supermarket Plodine within 250 meters. Mobile home was very clean! Also the host is very nice and response quickly. I would recommend to his to anyone. Also a nice area with lots of side seeings and to do’s in close range (10-20 min drive) Like snorkeling, obstacle tracks on water (200m) for the kids, big nature park Kamenjak (6km), nice smaller tourist cities like Medulin, Prementure, (3-5km) Fazane and the Brijuni Islands (national park) , historical tourist city Rovinj and close to the bigger city Pula.

Would recommend to replace the washing machine which did nog work well and to increase the towel replacement service (cleaned towels) daily or bidaily instead of weekly. Possibly create a private parking spot more closely to the accommodation. Currently at 50m. But small things compared to the big plusses

It was a wonderful vacation! We traveled as a family by car with a small child, Robert (the owner) met kindly and showed everything that is in the house, provided a crib with a mattress, and a high chair, many thanks to him for this !!! The House has everything you need for rest and life! Wonderful terrace and a beautiful view of the bay of the sea!!! We will definitely come again!

Nothing! Although if you want to be in walking distance to most places then might not be for you but we loved the proximity to Premantura.
