الموقع والاطلاله

التكيف كان سيئ جداجدا . المكيف كان حار اغلب الوقت حتى في الليل . دفع المياه كان ضعيف جدا والماء الحار بالكاد يعمل .موقع الفندق بعيد جدا من الخدمات والاماكن الحيويه. لايوجد اي مطعم بالفندق ولا افطار.

L emplacement était magnifique La vue superbe Le personnel très chaleureux et avenant spécialement Ronaldo a l accueil de nuit.

Il manque le petit déjeuner, c est indispensable d un hotel comme ça ainsi qu un room service

Гледката от стаята, чистотата и удобната спалня. Вкусната храна в ресторанта, който не е част от хотела, но е на 100метра.

Това, че няма кафе машина в стаята и се наложи да си нося от България 🫣, и това, че в деня на напускане се забавихме с 10-15мин., и за това време от рецепция ни звъннаха няколко пъти. Мисля, че за тази висока цена, можеха да направят елементарен толеранс и да ни изчакат въпросните 15мин.

Best stay in Phuket

The room was great with the private pool and the view is amazing and also so close to the beach which you can access through the suites not to mention the staff members super friendly and helpful 24/7 definitely Coming back again

Superb

The hotel is right on the beach and every room has an excellent sea view. Amongst the staff, Jira was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms too had good amenities and everything was clean. There are 7-11s and another Family Mart nearby where you can get basic stuff that you may not carry with you.

There is only one good restaurant nearby and cabs are not easily available. It is in a much quieter part of town so transportation is a bit of a challenge though the hotel does arrange it for you. We had two bedrooms but it had just one huge bathroom which has glass doors so it was a huge challenge coordinating. Our family is not comfortable being seen in the nude by other family members.

THE ONLY property you need to stay at on Panwa Beach!

The team at X10 Suites Panwa are so friendly, and full of smiles. Shout out to Jira and Jason the driver for being so helpful. The views are just perfect from your room; beachfront and the pool is awesome. There is a laundry service or you can do it yourself. The rooms are clean and lots of food deliveries via the Grab App can be made to the hotel as there is no restaurant on site. This is the only property that is well maintained and well kept, look for no other - this is the place to be when you’re in Panwa Beach.

Lots of stairs but it’s not too bad, you’ll get used to it. Not easy for prams or people who use wheelchairs ♿️ Beach is not swimmable but not at fault if the property.

Very nice for solo traveling

The view is beautiful. The staff are very helpful. Very clean room and the furniture is nice and comfy. But you should know that it's not close to the city center or any famous attractions.

A perfect hotel near the beach, with incredible sea view just outside the balcony. Good place to enjoy the sunset. Facilities and room are new and clean. Staff are very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

We were shocked to find that the hotel has no restaurant. We assumed it did as they offer breakfast. Arrived in evening and had to walk a few 100 meters down the road to another hotel to get dinner.

the best location to relax...

The room was spacious and the view was breathtaking! We enjoyed the infinity pool very much and the staff, especially K. Bhumi was very helpful.

It was perfect!

It was perfect for our purpose - working remotely from a nice beach. The room was spacious and VERY clean. Internet was never a problem for video conference. The hotel is far away from the typical tourist attractions but therefore really quiet and peaceful. There weren’t a lot of restaurants nearby but the Ao Yon Seaside alone had a huge menu and there was also the “At beach” and getting food delivered to the hotel room was super easy. Overall it was a perfect and relaxing remote working environment :) Last but not least the staff was excellent too.

The room was massive and the view from the room was beautiful!!!!

The AC were a bit old and not cooling enough. The water heater was not working consistently. The kayaks provided by the hotel were not properly maintained and there were no staff to facilitate us using them. However, in such covid19 situation i am kind of understand as there were not may guests in the hotel, so there were not many staff.
