Spacious apartment with full kitchen. Ideal for big traveling family. Flat is in University area so there are cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. In particular the 2 restaurants recommended by host, they serve excellent Italian food.
Some mosquitoes in flat. It's common during summer. Travel to central area by bus needs half an hour. 492 buses sometimes no show. Best to walk and try another bus.

I would say that this is about the people, specifically Livia, she was a great resource, she tried to accommodate my needs all the time.
We booked this hotel because we are a large group and we were looking for AC. Unfortunately, AC never works despite the efforts of Livia

Nice bedrooms and good location. Host was easy to contact and made sure check in and check out was easy. Kitchen and bathrooms are also good.
Living room could be a bit bigger, the pub across the road is noisy at night Friday-Sunday and parking is no good in the city

Very spacious, perfect for our big family of 9. Had everything we needed and more. Close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. We loved our dinner at La casa del birillo, right next to the apartment. Big stores in the vicinity as well.
Tiny elevator, but a very charming one :) A bit far from the central parts of Rome, if you plan on walking, but in a pretty good location close to a bus that takes you where you need to go.

The host was amazing, gave us a lot of important info about the city. We had a great time.

The apartment was lovely, clean and very spacious as could have slept twice our number staying. Location was good as only 10 mins or so from main terminal in Rome which provides access to all the sites of interest and next to two very popular local places to eat at very affordable prices...
No parking at the apartment as situated on quite a busy junction and so had to use commercial parking which can prove to be expensive and awkward with luggage...
7.1 / 10.0
The apartment was big enough to feel comfortable for the 10 people in our party and near enough to the 492 bus line to make travel to most to the major sites in Rome quite easy.
The American-style coffee maker was broken and turned out to have mold growing in it. We also had troubles with the toilet in one of the two bathrooms. The apartment, overall, was well below the standards of cleanliness we found in all other Booking.com properties we stayed in during our travels.

Very well equipped apartments, friendly service, lots of amenities. I recommend! Good localization. Great restaurants nearby.
