Anfitrión realmente amable y atento

Estuvimos una noche para tomar un vuelo al dia siguiente y ha sido un acierto. El anfitrión es realmente amable, la habitación esta muy limpia y la casa está cerca del aeropuerto en un barrio tranquilo. El anfitrión nos ofreció helado al llegar y nos preparó un sandwich delicioso ya que cogiamos el avión temprano y no nos quedamos a desayunar. Gracias!!

It was a safe, clean and welcoming place. The shower had three settings of hot water, and setting number one was warmer than any other showers I had had in Peru! It was so nice to have a shower that was actually warm. I also loved the wood floor instead of tile so walking around in the morning my feet were not freezing. I know these are, very minor details, but it sure made our stay the most comfortable place we stayed in Peru. I’d stay here again!

Great stay, highly recommended - thank you Martin

We stayed here one night when we arrived in Lima from Europe and again 2 nights a few weeks later before our flight home - proof that we were very satisfied with our stay. The B&B was conveniently near the airport and our host Martin arranged taxis back and forth for us - especially good when first arriving in Peru, tired and jetlagged! The guest areas were fairly basic and a little well-worn, but our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a cool wooden floor and its own bathroom. It certainly lived up to our expectations and was good value. But what really made our stay a very positive experience was the exceptional help and attention from our host Martin. It was hot when we were there and thankfully we were given a fan to have beside the bed, Martin bought additional pillows for our second stay following a request, we were provided with plenty of fresh bottled water (such a welcoming gesture and something that cost extra in many hotels), and many other similar things. He showed us some local eateries on our first groggy evening and when we stayed second time round took us to the correct bus to get into the city centre - and told the guy in charge where we wanted to get off. This was an adventure the first time, but we soon got the hang of it. And breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip (we stayed in many different middle class hotels and some even finer ones). This B&B comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially for a few days/nights when travelling.

Nothing really. I note that some people pointed out that it wasn't very quiet, but you have to expect aircraft noise when you stay near an airport - this was not something that particularly bothered us. And we soon discovered that Peru IS a rather noisy country - people love loud music etc. From that point of view, this location was better than many. Someone else didn't like not having a key and having to be let in and out of the gate, but this is a private residence and we soon learnt that it's just the same routine in many smaller hotels as well. This is for security.

Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Close to the airport. Martin is very kind and helpful. Great communication. Martin coordinated a taxi and made sure everything was set up so that when I arrived it was smooth sailing.

The host Martin is super nice and responsive. He helped us to arrange a taxi from the airport to the place. I like that this warm family operated b&b gives me an idea of how the homes of Lima people look like.

Best host, great location, fabulous stay!

Martin is the most wonderful host. He did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be. This included organising our taxis to and from the airport, doing our washing (even when we arrived late at night) and allowing us to use the space after checkout whilst we waited for our flight. Martin also provides the most amazing breakfast! The location is lovely and feels extremely safe. Thank you so much!

Great breakfast, value and rest!

Martín was great. I had a very comfortable overnight stay before my next day flight. Martin made on real fast at 6AM, which was delicious. Best value!

I would suggest the use of credit card for the future.

Great!

Nice little park just in front of the house and another one a little further, great for a stroll after a long flight ! A very safe area to walk, even at night and alone ;-) Martin is a great man, and the taxi driver who is a friend too... i'm traveling alone and felt very safe. Nice big appartement to myself :-) Comfy bed ans shower. What else can you ask for? Specially for that price :-)

Martin was very kind! He woke up at 3am to make me an portable breakfast that I took to my early morning flight. He made sure everything was clean and organized before my arrival

Lima airport

Martin was very helpful organized taxi to and from airport. Good breakfast.

No air conditioning. Noisy late at night and early morning. Next to airport flight path. Especially if you keep window open because of no air conditioning. No fridge. Double bed. Not large bed.

Lots of windows for a lovely breeze through the night! Martin took such good care of us! Would recommend this place to anyone needing a safe, comfortable stay. He even walked us through his neighborhood to show us a nice restaurant to have a late dinner at. Lovely stay. Thank you Martin!
