Perfect location to the airport and great place to stay for a night before your flight.However, the security is excessiv

Love the modern minimalist decor and its location to Worldmart, a shopping and restaurant spot.

The security to get in the hotel was overkill! Your bags and personal items go through a scanner opposite from where you get frisked! You loose site of your belongings until you are finished. I’m uncomfortable with my personal items, passport, identification and money out of my sight. What type of person do they anticipate visiting to have such a high level of security.

Room Size should have been bigger considering the tariff. The corridors are not well lit - better to use automatic lighting if property wants to save energy bills.

I recently stayed overnight at this wonderful hotel with my family. The location is very safe, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-organized. Every convenience you could need is just a call away. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. In a rush to catch an early morning flight, I accidentally left my jacket with my AirPods inside. A few days later, I called the hotel, and they were very honest and responsive, confirming that my jacket and AirPods were safe and ready to be picked up. I truly appreciate their integrity and excellent service

Nice comfortable stay at near appropriate price, very near to Delhi airport.

Overall the staff was very courteous, right from the watchman at the entry till my room. Of course there were very few staff to attend the guest in the breakfast area. The room size is not going to give you plush feeling, though it is good for a short business trip. The mattress and pillow were very comfy and superb plus for the same. Also they are environment sensitive and few nice initiatives are taken by them for the same. The aerocity district is very happening and it is right there so that is again a plus.

More staff required to attend the guests in the breakfast area. Room size of course you may not increase now! Airport pick up and drop may be offered at a reasonable rate ( up to 1.5- 2 times the app based fare is fine but almost 3-4 times is not good)

Great place to be, when away from home

Experience was superb, as always. Courteous staff. Great efforts to be plastic-free as much as possible. Speckless clean and completely proofed from external environment. Decent sized room, albeit some rooms are a long walk from the lifts

Exiting the hotel to get into city (Gurgaon) is a nightmare in the mornings, while it remains closer to the airport but very inconvenient in the mornings. Breakfast: Felt limited by options, expected a larger spread Could've been more economical!

Stay was disappointing, with poor service, uncomfortable accommodations, and inadequate facilities.

The only aspect that I found satisfactory was the proximity to the airport, which made my departure slightly easier. The breakfast had a reasonable variety of options, though the quality was just average.

Many things could have been improved. The staff seemed indifferent, the room was noisy, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The facilities were below standard, and overall, the stay was not worth the cost.

Bed was comfortable, quiet room able to rest.

TV was pay only! For the money paid this is unacceptable! Internet needed to be reset every 30mins. Appalling! Food ordered was awful, over priced and basically inedible. Twice I was over charged for room! I had to argue to get correct price!

Cleanliness in general. The staff in the bar was very helpful and positive. Very happy that Novotel helps to employ differently abled people.

We walked up to the check-in staff to ask about availability. He said that there was none, even if it showed so online. Seemed as he did not want us to stay. After booking through an app online, we actually saw that there was availability. The same person did check-us in but did not bother to explain his initial rejection or apologise for his behaviour.

Below average stay, staffs behaviour is also ok, there is nothing outstanding about it.

Apart from the location nothing much is that great

Rooms are smaller than any other relevant property, to get to the lobby it takes around 10 mins of walking as the lifts are designated at one place only. The corridor is too claustrophobic. If you order food through swiggy or zomato you need to walk to the exit gate and collect which was very annoying atleast they can allow them till the lobby. The room service horrible its take minimum 30 mins to get anything even if you need water bottles or extra towel.
