Amazing stay

A place to dream about. We loved the house, the view and the location. It was our little oasis to come back to after a day of exploring. The house stayed wonderfully cool during the summer heat and everything was thought of. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely stay by lake Bracciano.

Very easy walk to the lake, the grocery store, and the town. Beautiful views from the terrace. Well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful home in a wonderful location

The house is in a wonderful location overlooking the lake and easy walking distance to the town and beach. Its very well appointed with 4 large ensuite bedrooms and a great outdoors space for relaxing. We loved it and hope to return.

The only thing we had trouble with was actually finding the right entry gate - its not very clear - or perhaps it is but we didn't understand it not being native Italian speakers. In the event the owner answered the phone immediately and helped us out so it was no problem at all. Thank you:)

Memorable family vacation

Elisabetta was a wonderful host. Her communication and willingness to help with all aspects of visit and travel was exceptional. La Villa di Augusta most definitely exceeded expectations! We came from the U.S. looking for a comfortable space to spend time with family who live in the Bracciano area. They (and we) were amazed that such a perfectly situated gem of a property existed, with its' incredible views of the old city, the lake, the waterfront area and even glimpses into the country hillside beyond. The house was comfortable and appointed with all the basics. Beds were comfortable, with a private bath for each BR. The yard gave plenty of room to stretch out, have fun with family or simply relax and gaze at the views. Our visit was during the summer, but I can imagine how lovely it would be in the colder months with indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

I wasn't prepared for the need to pay cash for rental. I had assumed that Booking.com took care of payment/My Bad. I found that credit cards are frequently NOT accepted in Italy. I must add that our host graciously worked with us to come up with an acceptable payment arrangement.
