This place is THE best place to stay in Kanab. Everything was awesome, hot tub was fantastic, great views, wish we had an extra day to stay on the property. Very nice, friendly owners, would love to come back sometime.

We just loved our stay. The home was so warm and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. I honestly don’t think we’ve ever stayed at place until this rental that had a fully stocked kitchen from all the right pots and pans, blender, crock pot, and more. The hosts were as nice as could be. Several of us woke up every morning to watch the sunrise on the deck. We only took advantage of the hot tub for 1 night but it was very relaxing and very clean. We throughly enjoyed playing Corn Hole while others in the family took advantage of the pickleball court. We truly loved our stay here in Kanab at this rental.

We had an amazing week at the "Cabin" in Kanab. Cabin is too small a word to describe this beautiful house. The size and decor were perfect for us. We had 4 adult childrenand their families join us. Everyone was comfortable and surprised that it is even better in person than the pictures show. The house was convenient for Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The views from the back deck along with the hot tub and pickle ball court made it feel like a top rated resort. I highly recommend this house. We had our best vacation ever!!!! John A.

We absolutely loved our stay in the cabin we self named as our Kanabin home for a few days. It was the perfect place to come back to after visiting Zion, Horseshoe Bend, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Home owners were excellent. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub while our adult kids played pickle ball in the backyard. Very clean and comfortable.

This cabin was the best our family has ever stayed in. The cabin was exceptionally clean, well equipped, and provided ample room for our family. The back patio offers beautiful views and plenty of seating. The location is perfect for those who wish to visit Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon.

We arrived after a long few days of travel to find this spectacular and spotless home, complete with soaring windows and an incredible view of the Vermillion cliffs. The kitchen was truly gourmet with the latest appliances, granite counters and the best organized cabinets and drawers! The laundry room with new washer/dryer was a definite benefit for our group. Bedrooms were very nine, baths were beautiful and well stocked. Parking area was huge and the deck was lovely. We watched the full moon rise while dining outside and also enjoyed the gas firepit and comfy seating. This property was the best stocked and organized of any that we have ever stayed!

Beautiful house!! We have stayed in many places and this house is by far the cleanest and best one yet. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could have ever needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the deck with the hot tub and fire pit, and the pickleball and basketball court was really fun. The host’s were great and checked in with us to make sure the landscaper was out of our way and if we’d rather him leave. We have never been to kanab before and we enjoyed the hiking and trail riding. We couldn’t of asked for a better spring break with our family.

We stayed here for a week in December. The house has every amenity you could think of and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. The location is great for many local attractions but also for relaxing and enjoying the stars at night. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Ryan made us feel welcome before we even got there - checking in with us as we traveled to Kanab to make sure we had all the information we needed. Beautiful home, incredible views of sunrise every morning, everything you could possibly le need during your stay was provided. Top notch furnishings, linens, beds, dishes, utensils-you name it they provided it! We are already planning a return visit to Kanab and will definitely stay at Blackhawk Cabin!

Three couples were on a week long trip and used this great cabin as a mid-point between Vegas and Sedona Arizona. This cabin is even better in person. The owners, Ryan and Wendy, have thought of everything that is needed during your stay. They have excellent communication. The cabin is decorated and outfitted perfectly from the bedrooms to the fully stocked kitchen to the outdoor deck and activities. It is super close to town and the views are amazing. If you are looking for a place to stay near Zion, Antelope Canyon, Page, etc, this is the spot!

The Dreamy Kanab Cabin was absolutely Beautiful and Perfect for our Friends Adventure. Everything we needed we found available in the cabin from a waffle maker to coolers. Location of the cabin was great for our day trips to Grand Canyon,Zion,Bryce,Lake Powell.

The architecture and design is stunning! The creative decorative touches really give it a western southern utah vibe that we loved. All the amenities and beautiful spacious kitchen made it a joy to cook. The spacious dining area and huge living room make it inviting and so comfortavle to relax after a long day of Jeeping, hiking, and exploring the many wonders around Kanab. The deck with a brand new Weber grill, Bullfrog hot tub, and gas fire pit was incredible. Watching the sunset on the red rock mesas was spectacular. The pickleball court was also pristine and so much fun to use. The master bedroom suite is also superb. The entire house and property is spotless. The property owners love this place and it shows. They welcomed us when we arrived and then we saw no sign of them the entire stay. Privacy, luxury, and theu have thought of everything.

We stayed for 3 nights this week with two teens, and loved the experience. Each space in the home is warm and lovely. The hot tub and trampoline got good use. We also found the location to be perfect, as Kanab itself has a lot to offer; Zion is manageable drive. We'd stay again if Utah were closer!

This cabin is just perfect in every way. It is gorgeous. From the spectacular view from the huge deck to the every little details in supply and decoration, our group could not pick a single point that could be better. After a full day activities and long hike, nothing feels better than relaxing in the hot tub with a sky full of stars. There are also crib, high chair and toys in the cabin as well if you travel with little kids.

Close to everything in town and a short trip to your daily plans in the area. Our family of 6 stayed here in the middle of our two week road trip to see national parks. Our kids ages are 18, 16, 13, and 10. We were all impressed with this house. After all our traveling, it was so nice to have a beautiful clean place to rest, watch a movie, sit out on the deck, enjoy the hot tub, make dinner, and play monopoly. After our two weeks of vacation, we all reminisced about our favorite events, and this house kept coming up in everyone's list of favorites.

This rental was amazing, way better than described and pictures don’t do it justice. It even had a crib for our baby so we really didn’t need to take our pack n play. The location is scenic, it has all kitchen amenities we didn’t even have to eat out once and were able to make some gourmet meals. It was truly a fun place to just hang out with the family and enough seating for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. Definitely somewhere I would highly suggest renting if you have kids as there was a loft with tons of games and movies. The only thing that was strange to me is all the LDS pictures, decorations and quotes, it just made me slightly uncomfortable but was a good laugh later on for us and did not hinder our time staying here.

The house was a great central location for all the hiking we did - Zion, buckskin gultch, and Bryce. The sand caves which are local are amazing too! The town itself is really cute and not too busy. The house was beautiful and was more than enough space for us. We loved the huge kitchen, surround sound in the living room and giant master bathroom with a double shower! We also got to play pickle ball on the backyard court.

Such a beautiful custom home in Kanab, with all of the comforts of home, made for a wonderful stay for the two of us and has plenty of space for a larger family/group. The home is conveniently located within minutes of restaurants and stores, as well as close to travel routes to the many beautiful places in the area, while in a peaceful neighborhood with both a front and back porch/patio to take in the views. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures describe. Every detail has been thought of - truly beautiful workmanship, comfortable and beautifully decorated, all amenities and details have been thought of. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts are so very nice and hospitable.

Everything about this rental were 5 star. The photos reflect the lodging and location. It is quite and private with a great view. Inside is well furnished and includes an incredible kitchen complete with every gadget and a full spice cabinet. The owners were very welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to visit again sometime soon.

let me start by saying this home is everything they promise. Chefs kitchen, every appliance imagined is provided for you. Coolers there to use. Beautiful hiking trail in neighborhood with dinosaur tracks. Central location to Zion and Bryce. Best friends is right up the road, reason we came to area last year and returned this year. Hot tub awesome. Nice gas grill and a gas firepit on deck. All the furnishings, decor and supplies are all top notch. We would definitely recommend.
