Place ok and near amenities

The price is very satisfactory compared to the price offered near IZ Budget. Only if possible each room has a bathroom. To get local food is indeed a lot. Most who will stay in this area are visitors who want to go to the island.

Very near to Terminal Bus..about 1 minute walking. U go down from the hotel then u walk about 1.minute reach the terminal bus..so hassle free.air cond is good. Clean, small room but airy, toilet is clean..has shower also. If u need iron is outside the room. Safe and smell good in the lobby. Very easy check in and check out.

Staff are very quiet..dont know how to welcome guest properly..need more customer service training. Check in check out very easy.. reception area is terrible and doesnt look like reception counter. Should put sign check in area is here. You leave guests hanging and blur how and where to check in.

Good basic accommodation

Easy check-in, clean room, comfortable bed. Good basic accommodation for a short stay.

The accommodation's balcony had a bright light on all night making the bedroom quite bright.

Exceptional

Great location next to bus station. Ideal for stop over before travelling to perhentian islands. Friendly staff and good value for money. Boat tickets available and they provide a lift to the jetty for the ferry. Highly recommended
