Would stay here again .....

Ettore and his father made sure that our check-in was easy and stay was comfortable. The room and linen were clean. From the attached balcony, one gets a view of the lake. It was a last minute booking for us and we are happy that we booked this place. It is located withing a short walk from Bellano Railway Station - which has an hourly train connection with Milano Centrale Station and it is bang opposite the jetty, from where ferries for the various towns on lake Como ply. There is a good pizzeria just outside the building, which serves excellent pizze, calzone and falafal.

Nothing to crib about really.

Bellisimo!

We stayed here 11-13 October. Absolutely loved this place. The owner Ettore was superb, who's father met us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. The apartment was very clean, with everything we needed and the water in the fridge was welcomed. There was a lovely terrace area with a lovely view of the lake. The apartment was a nice size, the bathroom was huge and had a washing machine which was great because we were on a rail trip around italy and needed to do some washing. Ettore was an excellent host and was very responsive to any messages we had. The information point in the apartment was great and there were lots of leaflets, and maps (including a ferry timetable) which was very handy. If i come back to Bellano, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality Ettore. Love from Paula and Christine.

If you want a real authentic place for 2 on the Lake Como, this is the choice.

Nice room with great balcony on the main-road side, with partial lake view. Comfy bed and a very nice host which was at my disposal for any info, during the stay.

Hot water takes 2-3 minutes to start flowing really nicely, so someone could think there is no hot water, but you just need to keep it running.

Perfect Place!

The apartment is perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is huge! And there is a nice balcony. Apartment is located in Bellano, very close to Varenna but it's not that crowded as Varenna. Bellano is well communicated with other main cities in Lago di Como so it is the best place to stay.Free parking places are available 3m walk from the apartment. Host is super nice and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and we can recommend this place to everyone!

A great stay and will choose this flat again in the future.

The host was very friendly and made sure I checked in and out with ease. The bed was comfortable and the flat was easy to find. It was very close to the train station, ferry dock, restaurants, etc. I liked Bellano because it was a great starting point for visiting other cities in Como.

. - owner met on check in and escorted to free Parking - clean bed linen - great location, first line by the lake - kitchen with kettle and appliances - climate control - washing machine, hair dryer - terrace with views of the lake - restaurant nearby - clean bed linen

Night in the apartment for 83 euros!!! Аlas, did not pay attention when booking for additional fees of 56 euros, which are not included in the base price. - folding sofa is very soft, sleep uncomfortable. The sofa needs to be changed - old tub, clean but not looking good. I showered in flip-flops so I wouldn't get the fungus - there is no possibility of free cancellation

Very good

Absolutely great contact with owner, very responsive and helpful at any time - I wish that was a standard in Italy. We were welcomed by Ettore's dad who was super nice and even gave us a ride showing where to find shops and restaurants <3 apartment has everything you need, the location is super central and convenient, check in and check out is very easy and flexible, you can even store the bags if needed. Cafe around the corner with a view on the lake was a great addition.

With all the positive experience it is a shame that I need to mention the uncomfortable sofa bed that we slept on. If can be managable for a night or two but cannot imagine sleeping there longer as it is profiled in a way you feel like you're sinking in central part of it.. Dear Ettore, please invest in a better bed and then you can be sure you will get only 10/10 scores :) same goes for Internet connection
