Very good for those going to the park

The hotel was very clean. It has the direct access to the park. The breakfast and the swimming pool were nice.

I think a little more greenery around the swimming would be nice. Also if you want to go ot by foot around the hotel, it is not extremely nice.

la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer coussin bleu dessus le lit sales couverture lit enfant sale toute tachée poignées, interrupteurs et chasses pleins de marques de doigts donc pas faits le restaurant repas plus que moyen et pas donné

Excellent, modern hotel next to the beach and the Marineland. We love the hotel, we will definitely be back!

Modern hotel in beautiful surroundings, clean, good location, free parking front of the hotel, close to the beach. We recommend it!

The breakfast was the same every morning and there was not a great selection.

Pleasant

Restaurant terrible. By mail they confirmed that there will be tables for new year's eve. On our arrival they told us Restaurant fully booked (by message). At the end of the day we had dinner there and the restaurant was almost empty. Probably on new years eve they did want to work. Never again. LIARS!!

If you love Marineland and dolphins it's the best place to stay!

Very nice location, beach, train station and shop was just few meters away! Amazing access to Marineland park. Beautiful, high quality room decor (the backlit orca image on the wall). Amazing view from the window at the mountains and the dolphin stadium (from the top floor at the Orca room). Bathroom was quite clean. Good A/C, made the room warm in few minutes ^^ Hotel room service guaranteed fresh bedsheets every night. Good access to electricical outlets.

Noise at night (the vent at the bathroom was making loud noise and on the first night an washing machine was working after 10 PM, which was disturbing). No bathroom lock which could be problematic for some people. The lighting settings were confusing a bit. No way to turn off the noisy bathroom vent.

Nice location close to the beach and to Monaco!

We got room with sea view and it was really amazing. Windows are big and tinted, so you can enjoy sea even from your room under airco. To get the beach you need to walk like 10 minutes and it is pebble beach.

Breakfast was quite simple and place from where you take food are very small so you need to wait in a queue to get something, while restaurant it self has 2 floors and quite big.

Room was spacious, we had a fridge and a safe (which i found hard to operate even with instructions and staff's explanation, usually I don't have a problem). Bathroom nice, soap provided, tower rack didn't switch off when set on timer. Air-conditioner worked fine. It was close to train station and activity parks as advertised. Hotel pool was good too.

Room was clean but carpet was sticky at points. The restaurant was okay but selection was limited and mainly fast food type. Staff were helpful, some had limited English (which was tricky as I don't speak French) but we got by. Curtains let a lot of light in the room in the morning on the sides.

Functional but not spectacular. Enjoyed our stay with no complaints. It ticked all the right boxes.

The hotel is very much geared to families with small children. In fairness, we expected this could be the case with its location. We chose it because it was near the railway station (our means of transport), over the road from the beach, it had a pool and was cheaper than Nice with all boxes ticked. There is nothing wrong with either the staff or the hotel but not enough to rate 10/10. Functional but not spectacular. Location is ok. Plenty of parking. Railway station (Biot) 10 min walk. We travelled by train from Paris, via other stops on the way, in France to make this our last stop for a week. We ate at the hotel once and there are other places to eat locally without having to travel into Antibes in an evening. Breakfast is overpriced but due to its location it is what it is. Local bus No200 serves Nice to Cannes and No 250 is the airport Bus. All go past the front of the hotel with stops nearby. To access the beach is a short walk to the railway station, through the underpass and you're there. There's a great cafe on the beach. The receptionist recommended the beach at Juan Le Pins and he wasn't wrong. Great beach (with sand not pebbles). Short train ride gets you there. I found the reception staff are very good and helpful. We like to do our own thing but they gave us a couple of pointers and I'm glad they did. The pool is as small as it look in the photos.

The only hotel we stayed in that didn't offer any hot food for breakfast. I wasn't expecting a full English. It was all very good but standard. It is an observation, not a criticism. Our experiences elsewhere in France have been different. This, again, demonstrates the above average not excellent rating. The hotel doesn't have to do a lot more to get excellent but compared to others on this trip it just falls short.

Pleasant

It's good place to stay if for one or two nights if you plan on going to the parks. There not good options to eat and to go anywhere else you will need transport luckily bus and train is opposite the hotel.

A lot of the staff where very helpful and nice there was one or two who where not. There was not a good choice to eat from the restaurant.
