Staff were welcoming. Bikes were super useful for making the most of the beautiful area. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Villa Ada was one of our favourite places to staying during our time in Italy.

Very friendly and nice staff. Location is very nice - close to shops, close to sea, close to the cave. Very quiet. Nice parking, though it would be even nicer in a few years once the plant grows all over it making the nice shade. But even without it the car was surprisingly cool.
We booked the parking months in advance so there were no problems with it.
The room is cleaned every day, the towels are changed every other day. OK breakfast. For lunch and dinner you get a paper slip in advance so you can select the first and second course - usually a choice of 1 of 2, but 1 of 1 and 1 of 3 also happens.
The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, but if you like sitting in it during the day hours then it's rather uncomfortable because of a narrow wooden edge that goes along the whole width of the bed. I got used to it though after a few days.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location (however, it makes the place also very noisy).
The place is dirty and outdated. Although we didn’t stay in the most expensive room, we wouldn’t expect something like this from a “3 star” hotel. The room welcomed us with a weird cigarette and chloride-like odor, the bottom of the toilet was covered with suspicious brown stuff the whole stay and there was a few day-old smelly meat when we opened the mini fridge, and so on. The place was very loud, especially at night.
Staff was not welcoming, no effort to speak English (even though it is listed as one of the languages spoken in the hotel description), to chat or give any recommendations. Breakfast only contained ready-made food and was below average.
You can borrow a bike for just 1€, but take a pump and a repair kit with you because they are very old and not maintained (we had a flat tire and had to push the bike for 10km).
The property has limited paid parking spaces available, so you might have to park on the street, so there is no secure place to store your bike if you bring it with you.
The whole place is not very secure (the receptionist is not present all the time and the hotel is accessible to anyone 24/7) so don't bring any valuables.

The friendly staff .
You can sense it is a family run
Hotel not only by the cleanliness but also the way they treat their clients
Meals were really good too
4.3
Staff was definitely nice and super welcoming, ready to assist and very caring with customers.
We got a very dated, small room. Bad smell coming from bathroom constantly (air from other rooms). Shower for disabled people with no possibility to contain water on the floor. Tv completely crooked. Queen size bad was actually the sum of two single mattresses. We had a emergency button just over the head of the mattress which caused continuous rings during the night. Breakfast was essential.

Staff was really nice. We were able to borrow bikes from the hotel free of charge. That was just awesome, because we were able to explore all the nice beaches in 5 km radius.
4.3
Reasonably located, and staff were friendly.
We couldn't use the parking as it was full. I didn't appreciate the used shower cap hanging in the bathroom - particularly in the Covid-19 era. I thought it was expensive for what it was.
