Struttura in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza dei Priori. Romantica ed accogliente, pulita e con un buon servizio. Ottimo e personale gentile e preparato. Grazie

Il soggiorno è stato bellissimo. Hanno avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata che ci è stato segnalato ancor prima del nostro arrivo. Avevo scelto la stanza con il balconcino ma temevano sarebbe stata più calda e ci hanno spostato al piano secondo con una stanza ancora più bella.
La città é talmente fresca che nella stanza si stava benissimo.
Una menzione speciale per la pulizia: impeccabile. Credo il posto più pulito in cui abbia soggiornato.

Exceptionally helpful and welcoming staff. Our bicycles were safely stored in the Bar. I think that couldn't happen if they were busy, but it was very accommodating of them. Our room was a bit small, but we knew that because it was one of the cheaper rooms. The location is right in the centre of Volterra with lots of places to eat nearby. The breakfast (€15 each) was outstanding with both savoury and sweet offers. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Colazione eccellente sia per scelta che per qualità. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, con grande tv satellitare, letto comodissimo e con lenzuola di qualità.
Posizione eccellente sia rispetto al parcheggio sotterraneo sia per la visita della città.
Tutto bene, siamo stati molto bene.
Consiglio solo di curare la pulizia della stanza anche nei dettagli.

La struttura è pulita e centralissima. Ricca colazione. La ragazza in reception gentilissima!! 😃Un albergo che consiglio e in cui alloggerei nuovamente!

The hotel is very central, on a very steep hill (all of Volterra is very steep hills) on a very beautiful charming old street with excellent nearby shops and restaurants. The room was lovely, with a double bed and a single, and lots of luxuries like bathrobes and a bowl of candy . The staff were super helpful and generally great.
It's winter, so the staff are only there for a brief time. The room and the hotel are accessible, but only if you're with an able bodied friend -- which I was. The accessible door has to be opened from inside, by someone who can climb stairs. The staff aren't there to do it for you. You need a friend. Fortunately I had one, but if I'd been alone I'd have had to haul myself up three steps. This is really my sole complaint. The room was accessible and so was the bathroom, with a shower stool and lots of room.

Location was excellent, staff was friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was awesome.
The room itself was cozy and comfortable.
I do prefer larger rooms. Unfortunately we could hear a dog barking often outside our window near bedtime.

Breakfast was very good.
The airconditioning in the room was set to 24.5. Upon entering room for first time the receptionist said we could adjust down. I tried lowering the temperature but it was preset at 24.5. I went back to reception and requested lower temperature in room. Receptionist confirmed she would lower the temperature. When we returned from dinner the room temperature was still 24.5 and remained 24.5 throughout the night.
One of the reasons I selected this hotel was because they offered air condition on their web site. I was very disappointed with the unmet promise to lower airconditioning and spent a very uncomfortable night.

Staff (Anna) was outstanding with her help. Check-in was easy and she helped with our bags to our room. Good directions on bringing our car to the hotel to unload.
The communication process with Booking.com was not useful. My emails went unanswered, especially regarding on-line check-in. The "green pass" is no longer required, even though it remains on your website. This lovely boutique hotel and its customers deserve better service from Booking.com.

The hotel is located down a gorgeous, quiet off road from the main square in Volterra and is situated next to some great artist studios, galleries and restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choice to suit all tastes. The room was air conditioned, compact but very comfortable. It was the perfect base for exploring Volterra and couldn’t recommend enough.
