Terrible people

Leaving there.

Most unfriendly rude unsupportive people I have met from the hundreds of hotels I visited all over the world. Never again. 1 star. Don't go there!

Al llegar a las habitaciones en el baño había un recipiente con hormigas en el baño el desayuno terrible feo como para un bebé muy poquito y demasiado caro menos mal solo nos quedamos una noche no volvería

Tranquilidad y descanso.

El sitio muy bonito, buena ubicación, la habitación confortable. Le falta un poco de aseo en las áreas humedas ( piscina, turco ) y alrededores, podría estar mejor y sería más agradabe el utilizarlos. Le falta atención o servicio al cliente, te entregan las llaves pero no te indican como llegar a la habitación, hay que buscar por donde es y en nuestro caso nos toco pregunar porque no sabíamos en que sitio estaba. El desayuno bien, pero me parece el personal no está muy interesado en los visitantes.

Falta de aseo en las zonas humedas y falta de servicio por parte del personal. Sería bueno tener la opción de comprar otros alimentos fuera del desayuno en el hotel. En nuetro caso llovio bastante y nos tocó salir a buscar almuerzo porque no había ese servicio.

Decepcionado

La ubicación respecto a Ukumari, Termales y Salento.

1. Baño con inundación permanente al usarlo. 2. Solución al baño tome un trapeador y seque cada vez que lo usé. 3. El desayuno era repetitivo y sin alternativas de menú. 4. Ya no hay servicio de almuerzo ni cena. 5. La mesa de billar estaba deteriorada junto con el juego del sapo. 6. El jacuzzi funciona por turnos de una hora pero el primer turno debe esperar 40 minutos que caliente, es decir, solo 20 minutos de jacuzzi. 7. El café no estaba disponible en las mañanas temprano. 8. El aseo del cuarto en 4 días no se realizó. 9. Preferimos irnos antes y no nos hicieron ningún descuento por la noche adicional no cruzaron con consumo. 10. Era mucho mejor en administraciones pasadas. 11. El personal eran niños o jóvenes sin uniforme, sin experiencia y toderos, es decir, aseo y servicio a la mesa en el desayuno al mismo tiempo. 12. Para casi un millón de pesos pagados, mejor hubiera pagado un apartamento con piscina.

Beautiful location and nature, disappointing experience

The location and surrounding landscape was beautiful. The pool was very nice and the landscape is very nice. Also it is not too far from Pereira (20 mil pesos by uber, 50 mil pesos by taxi). There are two restaurants and two supermarkets nearby.

This hotel is in serious need of both updating and management improvements. This is a step above camping. Upon arriving at my room, it was clean but the toilet seat was on the floor. This was a sign as to what to expect for my two-night stay. I asked for extra towels as they only give you two towels that are for both the pool and your shower with no other hand-towels for the bathroom, tooth brushing, etc. The room was very basic without a chair or anything and the beds are old and hard and the blankets similar. Television in the room did not work but I was told that was a regional outage, not the hotel´s fault. After returning to the front desk about 4 times someone came to fix my toilet. Extra towels were only provided after several more visits to front desk. The garbage cans on the grounds were overflowing and only after I asked if they ever empty the trash when it is overflowing, did an employee empty them. The sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath are technically open from 9:00am but were not working until about 12:00. The steam was not working at all until another visit to the front desk. The jacuzzi was luke warm until another guest complained and finally by afternoon it was warm. However, I learned later that you need an appointment for the jacuzzi when we were finally enjoying it. The pool area is quite nice, but there are only two partially broken plastic lounge chairs. Two different times the water was shut off without warning: one time for maintenance, a second time because the tank was empty. So no water for several hours in the rooms or bathrooms. I was told there was hot water in the shower but that did not exist and every shower the bathroom did not drain so the entire bathroom was a small lake. Breakfast was a simple served meal. two eggs, arrepa, and couple bites of fruit. coffee was good. The thing that was most dissappointing is that because of the location and beauty of the place, the hotel has tremendous potential.

Hotel tipo campestre, estilo de casas en instalaciones para socializar.

El desayuno es muy limitado en variedad. Uno de los muchachos recepcionista (el moreno) no fue amable al registrarnos, pero luego cambió de actitud al siguiente día. La inclinación del parqueo me pareció muy peligrosa para personas mayores como nosotros. La ubicación me desagradó completamente, me esperaba este hotel en campo abierto y no a la orilla de una carretera muy traficada, como se encuentra. Ese fue mi mayor desencanto!!!! - No toalla para los pies al salir de ducha - Ducha filtrando agua hacia arriba, fuertemente

Primera y última vez que me quedo en este lugar

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación y las instalaciones y eso que no tengo servicio De cocina

El desayuno terrible, se le pidió a la mesera el favor que los huevos revueltos fueran secos y me los trajo igual, el desayuno es igual para todo el mundo , ni si quiera tienen la opción de escoger por ejemplo huevo tibios, pericos o huevos revueltos. A usted le TOCA, comerse lo que preparen. Dicen que en el desayuno dan fruta y literalmente solo dan dos cuadritos de papaya y un cuadro de piña MUY PEQUEÑO, combinan todo, en el mismo plato donde están los huevos ponen la fruta, eso no es fruta si no FRU, y para completar, el vaso de las bebidas calientes estaba sucio y le pregunté a la niña de recepción que viera el vaso sucio y me dijo es que el vaso está así porque lo meten en la olla del chocolate. Ósea están atendiendo público, la vajilla debe estar limpia, eso no tiene presentación, y para finalizar el supuesto jugo de naranja es jugo del valle rebajado con agua. Entonces si comparamos el precio con la calidad del servicio, es muy costoso para la experiencia que ofrecen, cuando llegamos el baño también estaba sucio, no habían terminado de asear la habitación, se pidieron toallas limpian y NUNCA llegaron, NUNCA asearon la habitación, y para rematar, la última noche que estuvimos en el hotel,nos hicimos en un lugar social cerca a la piscina que estaba habilitado, para poder escuchar música,conversar y compartir un rato, pasó un tiempo y al rato un señor, no sabemos quién porque nunca dijo buenas noches y tampoco se identificó, llega a decirnos de la manera más desposta que apagáramos la música porque la gente se estaba quejando. Entonces cuando promocionen su hotel pongan en letra GRANDE. Que es un hotel para personas mayores y no se acepta bulla después de las 9pm, porque como clientes nos sentimos atropellados. Otro punto negativo . Es que no tiene servicio de cocina , usted como huésped tiene que pedir domicilio y el lugar que recomienda no es tan rico . Entonces la verdad les falta mejorar mucho y tener un mejor servicio al cliente. Muchas gracias.

Beautiful and unforgettable surroundings.

Everything was so pleasant and everybody made us feel so welcome. Each and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Manuela, Gisele, Juan Pablo and Luis need to be commended for their treatment to the hotel’s guests. our family dinner on Friday evening has the ice on the cake by a pleasant conversation with the General Manager.

the surroundings and views are amazing, it’s also very relaxing

the whole place is very outdated, it’s dirty, all the linens are old. Hot waters comes and goes, dogs all over the place even when eating. The food is so so, at times it came cold. Not stroller friendly. Breakfast is not included for kids until they are 5 years old?!

No service and availablr facilities

The location.

We chose the hotel because of the offering of Sauna, Jacuzzi and Turco, we ask for this service since our arrival and even before... The Jacuzzi never worked... and after THREE hours of requesting access to the other services, they turned on the Sauna and Turco, for 20 minutes... so finally we couldn't use anything the hotel offered, just the Sauna for 15 minutos... we were from the beginning asking about these services... and the same lady that basically do it all... couldn't help us...

Very friendly staff, nice view and clean facilities. It is a family friendly hotel to enjoy a quiet stay. Not so far from Pereira and very convinient to go to the surroundings.

Exceptional

Everything ! We are here during the COVID 19 crisis and i never saw such a help from all employees.. On top, the place is quite, with great equipments, good food, very clean and nice bedrooms..... Finally prices are very reasonable especially for a family AMAZING PLACE
