Great contact with the host even one week before the stay, quick reaction when the heating system malfunctioned (everything fixed of course!), very clear instructions, spacious, cleaned and cosy interior, beautiful garden, peaceful neighbourhood of detached houses, very close to the sea. There was 17-20 degrees, which was about 15 more than in Poland. It was a perfect winter refuge for us!
I can't remind myself anything like that. :)

Ottima posizione sia per chi vuole godere del mare vicinissimo ( a soli 3 minuti a piedi), sia per chi vuole spostarsi nei dintorni. La casa è ben attrezzata, curata, pulita e confortevole. Il giardino splendido, dotato anche di vasca a idromassaggio che abbiamo sfruttato diverse volte. La consiglierei a tutte le famiglie che vogliono fare una splendida vacanza in Sardegna. Il proprietario inoltre è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornarci presto!

I recently embarked on an extraordinary vacation in Sardegna, Italy, and booked a remarkable Villa for our group of eight. Our experience surpassed all expectations, thanks in large part to our exceptional landlord. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made our stay truly unforgettable.
The Villa, nestled amidst Sardegna's breathtaking beauty, offered a harmonious blend of luxury and comfort. Its elegant design perfectly complemented the natural surroundings, providing stunning vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and picturesque landscapes. We were instantly captivated by the tranquility and seclusion this Villa offered.
Inside, the Villa was a haven of sophistication. Impeccably decorated living spaces provided ample room for our group to relax and create lasting memories. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed, offering cozy retreats that ensured restful nights of sleep.
The outdoor space was equally enchanting. The Villa's terrace and pool area became our favorite gathering spot. We soaked up the Mediterranean sun on comfortable loungers, cooled off in the refreshing pool, and savored delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. It was a sanctuary of serenity and indulgence.
Our landlord played an instrumental role in making our stay exceptional. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our well-being were truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and arranging memorable excursions. Their warm and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

Loved the outside area. Beaches were very very close. The closes was a 5 m walk.

the host welcomed me warmly. The villa has been beautifully renovated and has an excellent location, the beach can be reached in 2 minutes. The marina is within walking distance. There are several excellent restaurants in the area. We had a great barbecue in the garden. Everything you need is available in the nearby store.

Great host, warm and positive check in experience, house is equipped for 2 families (we were 8 persons together) , spacious, with two terraces, incl. nice grassy garden, with hot tub available (even our kids used it only once), kitchen is fully equipped, incl. wash machine and dishwasher, our stay was very comfortable. Good location near to Cagliari city. Parking inside the property is suitable for smaller cars, we rather parked our mini van and combi car on the street. Thank you Giorgetti for your hospitality, tips for beach and restaurants, and interest if we are fine during our stay.
Beach can be reached within few minutes by foot, just it did not meet our expectations (is not sandy), so we traveled by our cars to other locations for better beach experiences.

We were 7 people, friends, and colleagues. We had the villa for 8 (the left one), it was just enough for our needs. The beach is really close, though it's better to go a bit along the shore to find a better entrance. The villa was nice, we enjoyed the stay and had (nearly) everything we needed. We also used the "grill" in the back, all good. It was also nice to have a dishwasher.
We arrived around 1pm, it was no problem for Giovanna and her partner, we met there for check-in, they brought clean bedsheets and towels, also towels for the beach. For check-out, we left around 1pm as well, being no problem as well, we could just leave the keys hidden.
Giovanna, sorry for the leftover food in the fridge, most of it was actually from the guys from the other villa leaving a day sooner 😅
More serious matters:
- The electrical circuit breaker went off like 20 times during our 5-nights stay and we had to turn on the switch in the box outside each time.
- There is air conditioning in the living room downstairs and in a single bedroom upstairs. There are two fans provided to get some airflow for the rest two bedrooms, but it is suboptimal.
- The wifi was pretty bad - there is only 4G internet and we had problems with phone reception on our phones, so the same applied here. We put the router outside, making the internet a bit better overall.
Light ones:
- There is both a bath and a shower, though in a single bathroom upstairs (okay, plus a shower outside).
- We were missing a corkscrew to open wines.
- One of the lights in the back terrace didn't work.
- The dishwasher is rather small and it was hard to put bigger plates there.

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Fantastica. The house is large and is located in a nice neighborhood almost mid-way between Cagliari and Villasimius, so you can enjoy both the town and the nice beaches, all within a short drive. The place is very quiet, there is a nice and well-kept garden to rest and a large terrasse for dinner. We found a very clean house, everything in order and fully-functional, very pleasant to live in. A small supermarket is within walking distance, and a few restaurants among which Il Tegamino Bianco, a very cool place for dinner. There are some distinct features that make the house really worthwhile, such as free beach towels, and outdoor shower with hot water, two bathrooms, and on. We'd be happy to come back.
Nothing significant to report, the house is really cool and well-suited for a great vacation.

It was a house in a nice garden which I wanted but that was about it
A supermarket was in walking distance
It was located in a quiet neighborhood - so we thought until there was disco night - super loud music until the early morning
neither was there a nice beach in walking distance nor a choice of restaurants close by. Luckily we had a car. But yeah, maybe bad research. But what really wasn’t pleasing was the condition of the house. We found a blocked shower, hot water that sufficed for only two people to have a hot shower (6+beds) and electric sockets that came out of the wall. The walls were grayish due to dirt. The ceiling fans: one wasn’t working at all, the other made a horrible noise. The one only AC unit for the big room upstairs also had an unbearable noise - so yeah, not an option for sleeping. The upstairs bathroom: the toilet and the sink were already loosening. So one has to sit carefully on the toilet. Maybe built in the 70ties and never maintained since. Overall it was dusty and shabby.
The kitchen was minuscule, old and not very clean - like the entire house. Apart from the dishes we did not find (just badly equipped even though the owner bought additional after our complaints) we found moldy coffee makers... the fridge - especially the freezer - was stuffed with perished food. Leaving the kitchen one gets to a Terrasse. But the door frame was falling apart.
What was outright dangerous were metal sticks out of the concrete at the Terrasse. Luckily it was only me who fell over them. We marked them with toys so no one else would get hurt.
Properties like these should not be listed on this platform!

Communicating with the hosts was very easy and they were kind enough to let us in even before the check in time, and let us wait in the yard for the cleaning lady to finish, so that we wouldn't have to wait somewhere else with all the luggage. We stayed in the villa for 9 people and it was more then pleasant. Lovely yard, enough space, with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, and a shower outside, which I personally love to have on the seaside vacation. The barbecue is also a great amenity. The neighborhood is very quiet, the beach is two minute walk away, but if you have a car you can also explore a lot of southern Sardinia, so it's at a great location. There is a market maybe 200 meters away, as well as a very nice restaurant. Unlike in the city, the nights here are pleasantly chilly, so we were able to get a good night sleep.
