Eteri was lovely and it was very good area with nice view from balcony.
I don’t know Eteri’s situation, perhaps having a difficult time at the moment but I need to report the condition of the property honestly;
1.Bed was very small with very ancient, very uncomfortable mattress. Sofa bed was too small for 2 adults. Pillows also
2. Some cutlery and crockery not clean
3. There are two doors leading to the balcony and we could not get them to lock, unsafe as it is first floor. We reported the problem to Eteri, who came and showed us how to lock them, when I told her that her guarantees that no one would come in was not good enough.
4. Cookware was dirty and broken as if never cleaned thoroughly over decades.
5. Towels clean but very well worn
6. One of three gas burners worked properly
7. Hairdryer stopped working in day 2
8. Traffic noise and people talking below contributes to sleeplessness

Small apartment, wasn't expensive. It is good for a couple and acceptable for three friends. Located in the center of the old city, restaurants/bars within walking distance, and near the central beach. (bad luck our holidays coincided with the quarantine period and no one cafe&restaurant was working on weekends). The host was responsive. Private parking.
It looks like the apartment needs some repair and general cleaning. On our first evening, we bought detergents and washed the toilet, washbasin, and kitchen sink on our own!!! There were dirty stains on the sofa, so we had to cover it with a sheet. The curtains were dusty, as well as the balcony table and chair. There was a terrible smell of tobacco smoke, so we've had to buy air fresheners. The trash bin is one small only in the kitchen. The bathroom ventilation fan was disgusting filthy! and bed mattress needs urgent replacement. The balcony's door locker didn't work, and the host just said that no reason to worry; however, it was... uncomfortable.

Great location at the main square and walking distance to the main highlights. Modern decorated, good apartment. Very comfy (but small) bed. When we arrived, on a Sunday, the aircon didn't work, but they managed to get it fix just before the kids had to go to bed.
If you mind street noise, bring earplugs! Shower pressure was really low. The backside of the building (where the entrance and car park are) is a bit shabby. Asking multiple times for a good review.

Unbeatable location in Batumi overlooking one of the main squares. Very modern interior and a great kitchen. Although a cozy apartment, it was a nice space to hang out in. Convenient parking out the back and also a very secure, safe building. Nice water pressure in the bathroom too which is always a plus!
It stated "pets allowed" and I forewarned the owner we had a dog, but on arrival she was shocked at how big he was. He is a small-medium sized dog. Not huge by any standard. Then she kept asking us to cancel the booking for some reason, then it would ok for us to havr the dog there. Very weird. We didn't cancel and she then said it was no problem and that was that! Definitely not a pet-friendly accommodation though. It was a bit noisy as it's on a main road and the bed is small if you're taller than 175cm. A little pricy for what you get too. No toilet paper in the bathroom, just a small packet of regular tissues.
