Ligt iets buiten het centrum. Daardoor een hele fijne rustige plek. Huisjes in binnentuin. Mooi houtwerk. Host Elisabeth is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Beautiful property that is located close to train station. The room was comfortable and had a nice terrace. The staff were exceptional in helping with arranging tours and laundry services. We also really enjoyed the breakfast! Would stay again
No hot water during our stay

Did not have breakfast as I’m allergic to eggs.
Have options to choose from.

Bonne literie
Personnel sympathique et attentionné.
Logement fonctionnel

Very impressed with the architectural style of the room, the carved wooden door ( a masterpiece). Good attention to details, although a 2 star accomodation, we had better facilities than a 3 star hotel. The owner values his guests, a lot of resting areas in the courtyard, a fridge with juice and beers to cool down were expecting us upon our arrival. Good breakfast ( we were asked what we prefere to eat). The singing birds were the main attraction for the kids. After some bad nights spent in horrible guesthouses, this one came like a very nice surprise.
Nothing to complain about

We picked the Standard Bungalow with Balcony (upstairs), which was nice for three of us for a couple of nights, but would have felt a bit cramped after that. The beds were large and fairly comfortable; the A/C OK (give it some time!). Drinking water was available at a water fountain downstairs. Friendly staff. There were no mosquito nets, although we never saw any of the critters, so probably just fine.
The door had some lovely wood carvings, in traditional style. There were flowers, geckos and caged birds to liven up the space between the rooms. We didn't try the breakfast, but on the last day they left us some snacks, which was nice.
Large bathroom, with a decent shower, and hot/cold water. Very good value for money.
Credit cards are accepted, although - as is common in Indonesia - there's a small surcharge (2.5-3%) over cash.
Set back a bit from the road, it was fairly quiet - except for the nearby school, which sometimes sent songs over their loudspeakers during the day.
The Wifi didn't reach to the back of the room.
The neighborhood has a variety of cheap eats along the main road, but it's not exactly an oasis of fine dining. You'll need a taxi to get there from the train station, and we once had to wait ~30mins for a Grab/gojek to pick us up.

Beautiful guesthouse built in traditional Indonesian style with a lot of characteristic wood carvings. The venue is located about 15 min drive from the busy city center. The location is very quiet.
We had booked a family room for four. This was a very spacious room with two large beds, private terrace and bathroom. Breakfast is served on the private terrace and consists of omelet, toast, fresh fruit, cake and coffee/tea.
Nothing to mention.

We had a lovely stay at Naya's house. We decided to order breakfast and we enjoyed it so much! Lovely patio at our villa as well, we had the breakfast there, every morning. The beds are super comfy, the rooms are big, but we mostly loved the patio where we worked as well.

Our stay was great ! We loved it. With our birds friends :)
Our bungalow was very cosy, with the little terrace in front. Very typical. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. It is not located within the city center but this is very easy to grab a taxi with Grab or Gojek ;)
I definitely recommend this place. Enjoy!

The place was surprisingly amazing. Will definitely go back. A perfect place for those who wants to explore the center city of Yogyakarta or for those who just wants to relax all day long at the property.
If they build a pool, it will be super perfect!

Location is not too far from center but pretty quite

Spacious room, cozy terrace where I enjoy to chill with friends. Ambience, the trees, birds, wood furniture and room really feel homy. The staff was helpfull and kind. Snack in the morning eventough i booked non breakfast room.
The lamp in the room is too dark. The window too small, so the sunlight can't get in the room. Even in the midday of really blazing and hot sun it really dark inside. It's shame I have to turn on the lamp all the time 🥲. It will be great. if they can instal big window. The room is clean but feel too humid. AC is too old there is kind of buzzing sound from it. There is backdoor that only locked by slot. Feel really insecure with that.

Good size beds & spacious room for a family of three which is often not easy to find for this type of accommodation. Located in urban area, not tourist site. Staff is helpful with our request when we have to shift room. Wonderful local snack is served every morning which is appreciated.
