We will definitely come back.

The variety of selection is enjoyable and appetizing. I enjoyed Filipino food after 10 months of working outside the country. I love the pool and the toilet.

There is no microwave available.

It was a pleasant stay. I was surprised to receive a birthday surprise when my bday is still in 5 days.

The location and the staff.

They need to get the empty/ consumed bottle of water before they give a new one.

Excellent facility with a great staff.

The entire staff were incredible. Polite and professional at all times, and I never saw one who wasn't smiling. The Spa was outstanding.

Healthy, active, accomodating, convinient

Classy, spacious, great facilities, great staff.

Can get extremely busy in the lounge area usually because of events? Added onto service can be slow at the desk im not sure why but the staff are great non the less, maybe its just a long process(?) Keycard stopped working twice

Nice Location

The room, location and the amenities were great

The staff upon checking out on the lobby door. They were chatting the whole time and didn't assist us. Since I am with PWD/Senior, atleast someone has to open the door but they were busy chatting with their issues in life and didn't even noticed us.`

The location, the facilities and the treatment of the staff. They were attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Definitely we’ll be back!

I will definitely be staying there again! Only hotel worth paying for in Cubao!

We had a room that leaked from the faucet/pipes in the wall/floor of the stone/tile shower (it was a really nice shower!) The manager put us in the executive room for no charge within 30 minutes, so kind!

There was problems with the first room having bad plumbing and leaking. It's the Philippines, it happens. The staff was responsive and kind. The mechanic arrived within 5 minutes and within 5 minutes of him leaving with his findings, the manager on duty had us back down in the lobby and hooking us up with their best executive suite, 1 tier up from our original room. And they kindly apologized for the inconvenience. So bad, but really good recovery. Made a sad discovery an exciting one! We can't thank them enough.

I like the staff and the room is generally okay. I was only disappointed bec the package was not

I booked through booking.com and checked the box that says the room was inclusive of breakfast. But when I checked in I was told it wasn't part of the package. I think you need to tell Booking.com to be truthful when they advertise. Your reputation could be affected. Second, I suggest you upgrade your IT system because it took us 30 mins to check in because your system was very slow.

relatively hotel with great location but services and in-room facilities need some work

good location, next to event venues where i was attending concerts

shower was broken, maintenance did not fix immediately or act on it service at restaurant/room service was quite slow

Comfortable very attentive staff members 100%!!

I enjoyed the breakfast!

There was one young lady staff that had a tear in her dress. I’m sure it was not her fault because it’s a uniform. Did not look good for the hotel, but she was very nice and hospitable.

Big Comfortable room with nice city view. Easy car parking. Excellent breakfast, I will definitely explore this part of Manila from this particular hotel.
