Very clean and tidy space. It’s an ideal location for travelers with a car. Located in the green and peaceful outskirts of Budapest within 20 min. drive to Buda Castle.
The owner of the property is very friendly and responsive. You can count on them for practical advice during your stay in Budapest.
nothing.

Curious ginger cat 🙃
Comfortable bed, the apartment is spacious, quite well equipped. Fantastic and quiet neighbourhood. Even though it's on the outskirts, it's very easy to get to the city centre using public transport.
It would be fantastic if there was a handshower besides rainfall shower. Some kitchenware may need replacement.

Loved the fact that it was a very quiet area. The property is located on a hillside, therefore a lot of trees and good view. Inside, the temperature was 22 degrees even though outside there were 39 degrees (we stayed here in July).
The apartment is great for WFH (good wifi connection, desk). Outside, there is a small table with a bench where you can have breakfast. Also, loved the shower.
Great communication with the owner, he told us what/when/how to visit different locations in Budapest. He also has a cute cat.
The bed is very comfortable, we had a nice stay.
there was nothing that I did not like on our stay here.

Absolute silence in the surrounding
The air-conditioning didn't really seem to work. Apartment was 26 degrees the whole day

A beautifull apartment that is excellent value or money. For people who prefer a quiet spot away from the crowds this is a great choice.

I. Location where my Jewish partner was born and grew up in and is familiar with whilst visiting her family at home and her relatives in the nearby Farkasret Cemetery.
II. Easy check-in and check-out to the STUDIO (not one bedroom - as bedroom is a separate room worldwide). We did not meet N. Zsofia at all, but Akos was helpful upon entering their property.
III. Wifi worked fine.
IV. The ginger cat of the hosts (Zsofia and Akos) was lovely whilst coming over to us every day during our stay.
V. The hosts acted (after the very first day see part of the check-in experience) with respect therefore the silence and peace was also priceless during our whole stay.
VI. Price wise the STUDIO flat is without doubt worth it.
The following items are different from the listing:
I. There is no dining table, we call it bar table in GB, and my wife confirmed, along to a few of our other Hungarian friends, that so do they in Hungary.
II. There were only TV channels in Hungarian language, when we sent an enquiry (in the morning on a Saturday) in regards to this via Booking.com we were completely ignored for the next one and a half day until check-out.
III. The pool cannot be seen from any of the windows as it is located on the other side of the house where the hosts live next door.
IV. The terrace and bigger sized patio belongs to the main house where the hosts live, ergo the guests have no access to those, what they have access to is french balconies above the garage and a small extension of the walkway at the entrance door with a sofa and a smoking table. As there is a camera overlooking the latter (along to a camera overlooking the pathway also from the entrance door of the hosts) One might not feel too comfortable whilst attempting to relax outdoors.
V. The so called aircon (that is apparently built in to the ceiling) does not work sufficiently. We set it to cool the flat down to around 20 Degree and by the time we arrived back late afternoon, the air was severely stuck in and it was hot in the studio.
VI. The hosts printed a minimalistic map for us about the nearby area with such small letters that One had trouble recognising Hungarian street names (we were fortunate enough to know the district so did not get lost). The main map did not include the area, therefore a foreign guest would have severe trouble getting around.
VII. Despite us saying upon check-in that my partner is from the district, Akos was too pushy about places that we were not interested of (for their standard), also my partner did not like to Interpret.
VIII. We would have expected more from a host (Zs.N.) who has more than 30 yrs experience in the hotel industry.
