The host was wonderful, she was so welcoming & helpful, with some great recommendations for food and things to do/see in Pisa. The studio apartment was clean, spacious & comfortable. It had all the facilities you would need including a ceiling fan and a good quality hairdryer!! Good value for money. It was situated in a quiet area so we got great nights sleep and were able to relax. But it was easy walking distance from the attractions. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Nothing!

The pressure of the water tap is too strong and it spurts water out every time when I use it.

Good located in a quiet side street
Stuff is very friendly
Equipment of the kitchen could be improved (toaster)
The appartment is not very quiet. The elevator is right next to it. Also the door to the pallatio is right next to it and some people close it noisy.
Also in winter times the heating is probably not efficient enough for this big room.

The location was great and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were great and it was very clean. When we checked out at 10.30am we were given the use of a living room with a WC and somewhere to leave our bags. We could come and go until we left for our flight home. This was very much appreciated.
It would have been nicer if there was more sunshine in the courtyard of if we had a second floor apartment with a balcony. We come from a wet country so sunshine is what we welcome in a holiday.

Great location and allowed us an early check in at 12 pm. The front desk person was super helpful, the room was big, so easy to spread out luggage and avoid being cramped. Nice terrace to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind after the day’s tours. $10 cab ride from the train station. Safe neighborhood with food and shopping just a five minute walk.
It would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water in the room upon our arrival and more then one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Zero condiments in the kitchen. Not even salt and pepper or a roll of paper towels. I would suggest charging an extra $5 per night and providing a few basics. I also suggest that you start a pantry of non perishables that are left over from people like us.

The studio apartment was in a quiet street close to restaurants and cafe / bars. The lady on reception was very friendly and kind. She provided us with a map and explained where the touristic sights were and also local restaurants. It is a 15 minute easy walk from Pisa central station.
It was all good except for mosquitos. This is not the fault of the owners however.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The room is very hot and humid, and you can’t open
the window as people passing will see you in bed.
The kitchen lacks any basic items such as salt and the pans are poor quality.
Due to the humidity in the room, the towels
didn’t dry, and we had no new towels or bin change in a week,

Very friendly and kind host, made us feel really welcome. Adorable and authentic interior, great location and lots of facilities and things to do nearby.
Many mosquitos (though that would be the case at any place in the area) and no airconditioning (but a large fan is present which also helps a lot)

It's nice that it wasn't in the most touristy area by the tower, yet very central and near good restaurants, city centre etc.
The fan was noisy, but when I told them, they fixed it fast and the service was good. Not the most modern, but a nice place!

fabulous apartment, lots of room, very cool in hot Pisa with the ceiling fan, lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. Location was fantastic both for the train station and the centre of Pisa, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from in the area.
there was nothing we didn't like- it was perfect and would definitely stay there again.

The space is nice, clean and spacious, we had access to the yard directly from our studio, there is things for basic cooking and a wine opener
The dobble bed is actually two single beds, pushed next to each other

The host was a delightful, kind young woman who tried her best to get the refrigerator fixed and helped me with the door.
The apartment is only 15 minutes walk from the leaning Tower .
The kitchen was not adequately equipped and the refrigerator was broken.
The apartment was quite dark.
The lock on the door was difficult to use.
