Una noche en Plasencia

La atención de la recepciónista. La limpieza de la habitación. La cama cómoda. Y la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad.

El espacio para bañarse es bastante estrecho.

Puente Medieval

La habitación espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. Ubicación fantástica. Colchones cómodos y varias almohadas. Fue una agradable sorpresa el hostal, repetimos seguro. Plasencia espectacular

Le echamos en falta una mesa y alguna silla para sentarnos y un armario cerrado.

Comodidad y ubicación inmejorable.

La ubicación perfecta, el desayuno y las camas bien.

La lencería blanca, en concreto las toallas. Estaban deshilachadas y con agujeros; y que no había plato de ducha y en su lugar una bañera con una mampara de cristal muy incómoda por las reducidas dimensiones del aseo. Se solucionaría con un plato de ducha. Otro aspecto a tener en en cuenta es que hay que indicar a los clientes que llegan a horas de siesta o de noche que lo hagan con el mayor silencio y respeto posible para no molestar al resto de clientes.

El alojamiento está genial. Ubicación, comodidad, limpieza, amabilidad del empleado..

Creo que quizás es algo elevado el precio para ser la ciudad que es, pero igualmente no tengo ninguna queja.

La ubicación perfecta, la cama cómoda

La puerta de la Habitación está delante mismo del ascensor y cuando se encienden las luces automáticas, se ilumina toda la habitación. Una puerta que aísle las puertas de las habitaciones del pasillo del ascensor. El desagüe de la ducha estaba roto y olía la habitación a cañería.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Plasencia

The room was bigger than I was expecting from the photos. It was comfortable and centrally located.

If you have bikes (like us,we were biking via de la Plata), you have to store them in your room (and take them up through the stairs). But we knew that in advance and it was no problem for us.

Great location, good value for low price

Great location right in old town. Small kitchen in 'apartment' room was a welcome surprise Very helpful receptionist. Dog was welcomed

Some of the facilities were a bit "tatty", leaking shower, chipped sink.

Not worth it

The room was bigger than expected and the shower was great, although dirty. The water heated up quickly and the pressure was good. Very centrally located.

Although the room looked clean upon entering, there were several long brown hairs under the blanket, and shorter dark brown hairs in the shower. The mattress was as hard as a wooden board and I'm pretty sure I would have slept just as well, or probably better, on the floor. Since different people prefer different kinds of mattresses, I would have been able to forget about this, if I would have been able to get any sleep at all. To say the walls are paper thin is an understatement. Aside from the dirty shower and dirty and uncomfortable bed, the worst part of this hotel is the noise. Not only from the infants screaming all throughout the night and morning in the room next to me, but also because you hear EVERYTHING going on. From people showering 2 floors above, to people yelling at/to each other from other floors of the hotel throughout the night. So, while outside it's quiet because all the stores are closed and there aren't any bars nearby, the problem is the noise coming from inside the hotel. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible, so it might be useful to note that check-out starts at 8.30, not 8, as mentioned on booking. Also, until staying here, I had NEVER seen a hotel/hostel which has "no eating in the room" as one of their rules. When the staff doesn't ask you how your stay was, they know it was bad. Would not at all recommend unless you would like to suffer all throughout the night.

Noisy hotel.

Clean room and friendly receptionist

The room was extremely noisy. Because the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the other rooms. Television, people talking etc. I wouldn't go another time. Lightswitches not working except 1. But to reach that one you have to cross the room. The main goal for me is to sleep which is only possible when all other room are quiet.

great location, shame hotel is so badly maintained.

great location. good air con (is was 43 celcius outdoors when we visited). clean

checkin was over complicated to account for parking and staff spoke no English at all. some rooms were ok (large group booking) but some smelled of cigarettes and were badly maintained. showers falling off walls in use, door handles breaking when trying to access rooms etc.

Okey for its price and location.

Great location, right in the center. Friendly stuff and overall fine rooms. AC was a big plus, cause it was +38 outside.

We had kind a little kitchen in the room with a fridge. But when we wanted to use a fork from there is was very disgusting - foll of fat and slimy. I guess stuff just don't clean it al all. Room was fine, no complains.

it’s in fabulous location with secure parking nearby. the room was spacious, pleasantly decorated with a large terrace/ balcony. And it’s dog friendly.
