Staff the most kindness people.

super clean, beautiful and comfortable. I can't believe the attention of their staff, we had a flat tire and the staff changed our tire, although they didn't speak much English, their kind intentions were evident.

My bathroom was a little uncomfortable since it didn't have a screen, so the floor got wet on the outside, but otherwise I think the room is very good.

Nice rooms , great beds , everything clean , and nice people !

The breakfast was really good , lovely bread , and cherry marmalade , and great omelets , !

For us was everything nice , and we recommend the place !

L 'accoglienza e disponibilita' dello staff posteggio gratuito e riservato. Colazione abbondante. Posizione fácile x raggiungere il centro 2 km. In generale ci tornerei.

Ho fatto presente il non funzionamento della linea wi fi nel nostro piano 3 ma dopo tre sere siamo partiti che il problema rimaneva dovevamo scendere alla terra x connessione.

La posizione dell Hotel è comoda non centralissima ma abbastanza vicina ai principali luoghi di interesse in modo da potersi muovere a piedi

La struttura non e curata, la pulizia è approssimativa la colazione scadente.

It felt like a pleasant trip to the past

The location is very good, right in the center of Tirana. The look of the hotel made me travel back in time and I imagined myself in the communist era. I liked this experience. My room faced the main street and the river, which was pleasant.

The hotel needs some improvements in the bathrooms

The bathroom didn’t look like the photos, hole in the bottom of the shower meaning the whole bathroom would flood.

Good price and location

Nice room, good for the price.

No English was spoken by the staff. No shower curtains, so all the floor was wet after showering. The hairdryer was smoking, good it didn't get on fire. They scammed us with prices, one person asked one price for a drink, the other one a higher price and the bartender tried to cash 50€ for a 6€ bottle. Very odd and not good breakfast.

Exceptional

Nice clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Private parking space on the back of the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and city center.

Could be much better with some improvements

Nice looking room. The staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful despite not speaking any English. We would also get very fast answer to all our questions when texting the hotel via booking.

The hotel is a little warned down, the floors were not very clean. The bathroom was nothing like the pictures, rather basic and the drain of the shower was clogged. It would have been nice to have hooks to hang up towels.

some of the nicest people we have met in our trip. close to the highlights and easy to drive to Durrës from the hotel.

the staff are so friendly and the location is great. it has parking available and breakfast is as nice. very strong coffee if that’s your thing!

Nice hotel within walking distance from the center of Tirana

Rooms are very good equipped, everything is rather new. Good location - 15-20 minutes on foot to the Sheshi Skanderbeg, bus stops near the hotel.

Card payments aren't possible, breakfast offer is really poor (just an omelette, marmalade and some cottage cheese, coffee on request)

Nice and clean rooms

the room was beautiful, as on the pictures. it was clean and comfortable, with built in AC. The breakfast contained a scrambled eggs with some veggies, and a low quality pre packed croissants with some jam and a low quality fruit juice. The staff didn’t speak English, but they kind with us.

The lobby/reception/bar/restaurant part (all together one room) was not in the best shape, the toilet here was a bad experience. The view is not nice from the room, but we expected this. The bathroom has an open shower part, but the water doesn’t flow into it’s designed place, but instead it flows everywhere in the bathroom, making it not just wet, but the water will stay in the middle. but after the first use we just used the bathtub.

only the location. the air conditioner was really good.

bed not comfortable. entering the hotel was a very bad smell. it was moisture in the bathroom of the room. there was no refrigirator in the room. breakfast was very bad. fried omlete with old oil and old vetetables.

Not the greatest first impression, but fond memories in the end

The hotel is in a prominent location beside a canal only a couple of kms southwest of the city centre. The owner/manager kindly showed me the way to the bus station when I left.

Some reception staff were not particularly helpful in their approach and it took a while to ascertain key information at check in, like wifi passwords. Little English is spoken.
