Lovely stay

The staff was very helpful and attentive to us upon arrival. The room and bed were comfy. The location was ideal and close to all amenities.

The swimming pool was very small.

Enjoyable and comfortable

Very comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, great location, historic building well cared for.

A/C was a little ineffective but not such that it caused problems, stairs down to bathroom a bit of a challenge in the dark, would get different room on another stay.

Great stay wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again

location was great for most attractions and transport. Room was great, very spacious, good housekeeping and the front desk couldn’t be more helpful. breakfast was excellent

The adjacent restaurant RIB wasn’t the best, there are far better ones close by.

It is centrally located, a nice hotel, and has outstanding service!

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience at this place! Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It even had air conditioning and a lovely balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. And let me tell you about the breakfast - it was absolutely amazing with so many options and such great service. The indoor pool was small but nice and clean, and we also loved the sauna and gym. We went running and walking on the river walk, which is just a few steps away from the hotel. We absolutely enjoy staying in this hotel. The restaurant downstairs is beautiful and the food is delicious. The location is unbeatable! You can walk to everything, and it's in such a safe area.

朝食のビュッフェは素晴らしい。別途注文できる卵料理もよかった。が、おそらくTourの団体客がいたせいで大変混みあっていた。

部屋はSimpleで普通であれば狭いわけではなかったが、2人で滞在するにはややスペース不足。　この価格帯であれば５０ｍ２はほしいところ。

We had a great time in Lisbon and I would go back to this hotel if we return.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The position of the hotel is great making it easy to access the various parts of Lisbon city. The restaurant was very good, as were the breakfasts. We got an excellent recommendation for a small local restaurants as well.

Ideally I would have liked a slightly bigger room but it was perfectly adequate.

I liked the location, nice sized clean room and a fabulous breakfast.

Although I had booked two single beds, we had a king. With some difficulty we were moved to a different room, but with a shower in the bath. Difficult for me as I’m mid seventies, and not comfortable with climbing into bath for shower, especially as we had a 8 night booking. Finally was moved into better room with separate beds and shower.

Habitación muy pequeña y baño minúsculo para ser un 5 estrellas y aunque anuncian que el desayuno está incluido en el precio, pedí que lo subieran a la habitación y me quisieron cobrar un importante suplemento

Central historical property with luxe feel

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon. Plus exceptional breakfast and lovely helpful staff. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms of marble opulence. Staff also went extra mile to help us celebrate our engagement; it was appreciated very much.

Spa was closed for February maintenance which was the only negative of this trip.

Enjoyable and very comfortable city break.

The understated elegance and the quality of the finish and decoration. This is something of a hidden gem where the look and feel of a classic building is preserved without compromise to the modern facilities expected in a luxury destination. Really attentive and friendly staff. Really good buffet breakfast in a spacious and bright dining area. They do the best poached eggs.

The lift capacity a little under pressure at breakfast and checkout time. Pool closed for works - pity!

Excellent and certainly worth another visit.

Location is as good as you could want. The room was a little dark, lighting could be improved (108). Bed was excellent as was bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, the buffet area was a little congested at certain times, but the hotel was full. Fabulous poached eggs and omelettes to order, great fruit selection.

Room was a bit dark and cold. We tried to warm it up with the air con but it wasn't easy. Our bathroom extractor fan never worked the whole time we were there, it was reported. For an expensive 5 star hotel I was surprised there was no facility to dry your swim wear in the pool area, a small spin dryer would be appreciated.
