Beautiful big room, lovely simple furnishings, very comfortable and a great welcome
Stairs up to our room were steep, which wasn’t a problem for us but would be for less able people.

Breakfast and location was amazing.

Room design, art, lovely radio, perfect amenities overall comfortable.
15 mins by walk far from train station(not 750m) with uneven road surface drag luggages .

the place was very nice and pretty and clean! The backyard was lovely. The place was super clean and bed super comfortable and the location was perfect.
I could have done with less Christian iconography though. There were crucifixes, madonna and child and Mary's all over the place. I found them amusing, being a lapsed catholic but my secular child found them creepy. In the end it was a bit much. Also we asked for a food recommendation and the hostess neglected to mention that there was a HUGE Indonesian festival going on which we only discovered after having a rather boring meal at grand cafe. So we missed out food wise but really enjoyed the festival otherwise.

The concept of the different houses is nice, overall the look and feel is quite nice.
Our suite was located next to a night club, which resulted in noise during the night into the early hours. We where traveling with our child, who's bed was placed right next to the night club.
In the morning, the coffee machine also seemed broken - to make matters even worse.
I can not believe families are placed in that particular room, terrible experience.

I loved everything about the hotel, the location, the owners and staff!
Absolutely nothing

Very clean, good beds, practical kitchenette, anti-allergic
Check-out time is early, a late check-out is proportionally expensive

Clean and large appartement with nice facilities.
The noise from the disco next door.
4.5
a beautiful place with some real flair. In the heart of the city but easy to get to.
4.5
Nice and large room in the middle of the old town. Modern and refined decor. Excellent bed. Charming small town. Close to Dordrecht and other sites easily reached by train.
Good restaurants, shops and bakeries.
Handled very well a little issue we had with the AC. Finally they changed us in an other room for the (much) better. This ended up probably to be the best room of the place, read: a suite with a small garden.
Very easy parking really a close walking distance for little money and EV ready.
First night was abnormally warm and required AC which did not work. With opened windows this was for us too noisy. Kitchen with minimal equipment barely sufficient for breakfast.

Beds are super comfy.
Shower is great 👍🏻
All was good

Friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and cosy. Nice touches were the oriental theme which we guessed was related to the town’s historic connections with the VOC. Location was excellent close to all the sites, shopping and waterfront.

Rooms are beautiful, location is great and the staff is very nice.
Arriving later for check in required me searching for a key in a lock box which I was not initially able to find.

Combines luxury, comfort and homely appeal in a truly original way with thoughtful touches and every need catered for. Nothing is too much trouble to a lovely, kind staff. This was our third stay and we will back.
We liked everything…everything!
we could make a suggestion in keeping with the accommodating approach Bert takes: add a short, elegant handrail to the 2 steps within apartment 2.

I was met by the person at the reception, even though it was late - 7:30 pm. We were offered a two bedroom unit for a family with one 8 years old son. We were happy with the additional space. Everyone at the reception and at the breakfast place were very friendly. We enjoyed the interaction very much.
Small things that we didn't enjoy. We couldn't figure out the TV the first night. We told the owners about it, but nothing was done to get the TV working.
We were supposed to have daily cleaning service in the room, but when on the second day we decided to put our towels on the floor to be replaced, no one came. We had to share towels after the shower.

The little apartment was very cute and cosy, and the the concierge was extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect, right on a little shopping street, one street away from the little center.
