Terrible bad customer service

Nothing at all I will never stay there. The host and receptionist were horrible and rude.

The receptionist cut out the power which caused many many difficult difficulties with one of our students who suffers with seizures I will never ever

приветливый персонал, чистые номера, чистое, свежее белье, наличие парковки. в номере холодильник, кондиционер, микроволновка, все работает)) номер трехкомнатный, кондиционер только один, на вторую спальню его не хватает, хорошо бы в душ добавить фен.

Staff was very welcoming, apartment was new and the location is really quiet.

There was no AC and it was extremely hot in Bucharest and also in the apartment.

Nice cosy room/apartment, bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the street sounds was not heard to the room. Parking was right next to the hotel.

We had a booking for 4 but only 3 glasses and chairs were placed in room. We had additional apartment (for the other family we traveled with) and in the kitchen we missed some basic equipment (cups for coffee, kitchen towels, ...)

The hotel room is like a mini flat, there is everything for living. The room is clean, comfortable and bright. The heating worked well and was warm. My child was given a playpen, a mattress and a blanket, he was comfortable. Nearby there is a cafe lemon, where delicious fish.

The apartment was big enough to fit 2 adults and 5 children. The location is quite during the night (we didn't stay during the day, so I cannot tell how is in that period) The internet is good.

The parking lots can be an issue (there are not many lots), but the staff solved this for our (big) car: we parked over the street, on the neighbor's place, since we left early in the morning :)

There are many questions about cleanliness. The air conditioner was with no extension, had to ask. There were no cups. The kitchen is absolutely useless, as there were almost no utensils. ok for one day
