Neil was a lovely host. Beautiful cottage within close walking distance to town. Saturday markets just across the road.
More firewood for the fire was needed

Main reason for our stay was to ride the Shiraz trail, so being at the start of the trail, the location was perfect. Host Neil met us on arrival and was friendly. Welcome bottle of wine and nibbles was great as was the breakfast provisions. Rooms were spacious enough, in particular the bedroom and the bathroom which included a 2 person spa. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Kitchen was well equipped including a coffee machine (capsules).
With the bedroom located at the front of the property, some traffic noise from road could be heard. Maybe be an issue for light sleepers especially late at night and early morning. Also the bed was a little on the soft side for my liking.

It was very clean and tidy and well presented.
Very special touch with lovely flowers and fresh bread on arrival with afternoon tea and a bottle of wine.
Everything was fine and we loved it all.

A very cute and quaint little cottage. It has everything you need. Breakfast provisions are very good and the homegrown strawberries on the welcome platter were delicious. The garden is lovely to sit in, in the afternoon with a glass of wine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cobbler's Cottage. It was great to meet the owners and their dog, Belle. It was a great place to relax, with good shopping and good food close by. We particularly enjoyed the flowers freshly picked from the garden.

Beautiful historic cottage, well restored with all the comforts needed. Great location
Forgot to provide tea towel…. But that is as ok!

Neat as a pin; layout of rooms was lovely; tastefully decorated; excellent toiletries that were really great quality; really lovely provisions for breakfast and beverages; thoughtful things like stubby holders and a variety of frying pan sizes; good range of cereal choices; the fire was set and ready to go; parking was easy; gardens were lovely and the fresh posies of flowers in the main rooms was a nice touch; location was an easy stroll from nice eateries and cafes, and a little longer walk to the Willunga Markets.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work; the mattress was really too soft and I felt like I was rolling out of bed most of the night; if there was a footstool in the lounge room that would be a handy addition as the 2 sofas weren't long enough to lie on, and it would discourage people from putting their feet up on the lovely timber table.

Lovely spot, as lovely as we had remembered. The breakfast provided was absolutely yummy!
