Close to airport, staff were extremely friendly, quiet, playground and pool for our toddler.
Our cabin was really small for the price we paid I thought, last time we stayed our cabin was much bigger.

Peaceful
Shower didn't drain well at all and it was flooded.
At least it kept my feet warm đ
I stayed in a cabin called banksia, theres 4 of them..the parking set up is not good, very confusing.
All 4 of us had to move our cars.
Had to turn tv off at the wall as it was wigging out on standby with flashing light every minute.

Weâve stayed here a couple of times, the chalet we stayed in was very comfortable.
The park has great facilities including a camperâs kitchen, lounge area complete with pool table, kids playground, dog areas and a great pool.
We loved the welcome by staff and easy checkin and booking. The fluffy white towels and entering a lovely warm room were welcome touches.
Rowdy late check ins right next to us.

The checkin process. The room wasnât ready for us.

Village is lovely and picturesque
Mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable, a cheap topper would make the world of difference

Distance from our destination was good
Second time staying at this place and encourages my friend to stay, she had no issues and no issues the first time. I got soo disappointed this time, The room was smelling: the small from the aircon was unbeatable. There were lots of cockroaches all over! Disgusting when warming food in the microwave and plenty of pests come out running!

It was nice and relaxing.
The pool had so much hair in it we didnât want to swim in it again sorry.

Nothing was pleasant about our stay here, even so that we left 2 days early and with no compensation
Unhelpful staff, we expected free wifi as advertised âWiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.â That is not the case and donât expect a mobile data service eitherâ they charge a large and a leg for a very poor wifiâ The Cabin we rented was a sauna even with the aircon running, although it was a very hot time of the year but it being dog friendly our dogs suffered a lot which is why we had to leave early being the main reason. But there was no understanding of that from the park. Also there were ants everywhere and the fridge stank horribly. Also if you plan on staying bring a torch as there is no lights outside so you definitely need to bring one if you plan on taking your pets to the very sad looking pet area after the sun goes down.

We appreciated having a nice, comfortable, clean place to stay with our dog for some shows over the weekend. Finding affordable and nice places to stay with a dog is always difficult but Banksia is a beautiful park with tidy little cabins. The pool is also incredible and the grounds are immaculate. It's also a very short drive to cafes or shopping centres - nice and central.
If the windows could be made more blackout that would help me sleep a little bit better, the outdoor lights manage to sneak through the curtains. Or BYO sleep mask!

The grounds are well maintained.
Great play area for the kids and great outdoor bbq areas.
The bed's are very comfortable.
For the price of our stay, I would have at least wanted a descent wifi connection. I was able to connect to the wifi but wasn't able to actually use it (kept saying "connected but without internet").
The price of the unit have gone up, but the wifi has not improved at all.

Clean and easy access to the airport

The late night check in suited us and the staff met our needs.
A larger bed would have been good.

Room was very clean. Very secure.
Had issues with ants all over room. No internet at all (We were told to sit in kitchen or front office). Need more cooking exhaust fans.

moved rooms twice however staff were helpful and accomodating

Thought Iâd booked a modern cabin.
Bed was comfortable tho
Rec room not what we expected and thought it cost money to use?
Also the tiny little soap, need to supply sh/con and body wash in cabins for the price we paid!
Cup shelf was greasy and dust stuck in it, melted dirty old tongs, rusty kettle!

What a surprise arriving and discovering such nice accommodation. We've stayed in many caravan parks over the years and this would have to be one of the best. Facilities were great. Had a great stay and was lucky enough to see a Quenda as well. Discovered there are free buses going around Perth CBD and onto Kings Park which we used. Had a day going around the Swan Valley having a long lunch at one venue but could of spent several days visiting the vineyards.
There didn't seem to be any recycling bins/facilities. Maybe the area doesn't have it yet? Some information on public transport would of been handy as we wanted to avoid using the car going into see the galleries and Kings Park.

the air conditioning was good.
the place is out in the industrial area ( I guess thatâs on our part but still annoying considering the reception was so bad ) the âfree wifiâ didnât even reach our rooms, we were right next to the reception building. Our neighbours for the week were bongheads, literally both sides of our chalet and it seemed like the workers didnât care considering everytime we stepped out it stunk the place up. The place wasnât deep cleaned like at all, we could literally see the gunk they didnât clean off the floors, shower and even door handles. The beds donât have proper sheets nor duvet cover, 2 sheets sandwiching a doona and another sheet in place of a fitted sheet which we had to tuck into the bottom ourselves as well as the bed being 2 beds pushed together, it left a huge hard uncomfortable bump in the middle. 1 roll of toilet paper was given to us (for a weeks stay) and we had to buy more. Only 3 towels were given to us, the place advertised it fits 4 people so that didnât even make sense. They instructed us to take out our own rubbish before leaving and wash, dry and put away our dishes otherwise weâd be charged which by the way the dish scrubber clearly still had food on it from the previous tenants. The tvs arenât smart tvs and couldnât connect to the wifi, like the wifi worked anyways, one of our remotes didnât work so we couldnât even use one of them đ

It was in a great location not far from everything and the cabin was great to stay in.

There are kitchen and lounge to relax and play some board games/pool and playground near the reception. The swimming pool was small but it was fine. These places are suitable for families with kids and adventurous people. The cabin was very comfortable. There's a microwave to heat up your food. Toilet in cabin and public was great and clean.
The air-con in the room wasn't in a good position. It can only be felt on one side of the bed. The room looks clean but very dusty.

Good location for what we required and allowed our small old dog
The unit smelt terrible, like fish , it was awful, we had to keep sparaying glen 20 and buy air freshners. No oven just microwave and fridge so had to use camp kitchen .

The room was okay, not the cleanest but passable. The room walls did not hold out any sounds so the neighbours were very easy to hear.

For a park of your size we felt the reception left a lot be desired! We checked in at 4 pm saturday and no one on site !Surely you can afford to have one person in reception! After many phone calls we were promised a code to get our keys out but no code!!! Otherwise we were very happy.
