Experiência única!

Atendimento ótimo! Pietro e a esposa são gentis, educados, solícitos. O quarto é grande, confortável, bonito! A cidade e linda e tranquila, o hotel bem localizado. Perto de cidades como Florença, Siena, San Geminiano. Café da manha simples, mas gostoso!

Ein toller Familienbetrieb inmitten einer schönen Stadt. Ein sicherer und abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz wurde mir angeboten für 15 EUR/Nacht. Gute Restaurantempfehlung wurden uns gegeben. Das Frühstück war individuell und alles frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet

Der Besitzer war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Palazzo ein wirkliches Schmuckstück. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Excelente estadia!

Hotel instalado numa casa de época, com um ambiente confortável, e familiar. As imagens são idênticas ao divulgado. O Sr Pietro é sua esposa,, foram bastante gentis e atenciosos.

rispetto ad altre strutture in zona il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono. un po' caro. Mancavano quelle piccole "chicce confort" che piace trovare in una stanza a quel prezzo, come un bollitore o la macchina del caffè. Tuttavia la struttura è molto bella e curata, il titolare cordialissimo. La colazione molto molto buona

Super service. Behagelige værtsfolk og receptionist det løste værelsesbookningen forbilledligt. Et sf de bedste hotellet

Havde booket et forkert rum, for lille med opredning til 3 voksne og det lå øverst oppe med stejl trappe. Vi fik tilbudt 2 værelser til en meget fair ekstra pris med elevator. Og enkeltværelser havde en skøn terrasse. Morgenmad virkelig god og hotellet lå perfekt i middelalderbyen. Bagagen kunne læsses af ved hotellet og bilen kunne parkeres gratis nogle hundrede meter derfra.

Værelset jeg havde booket med stejle trapper. Det var min fejl.

Beautiful place, great people!

Beautifully situated in a historic building that met all our desires. We opted for a smaller room that had a balcony and that view was worth it! The owner did ask if we wanted to change incase it was too small but we preferred a great balcony view over a slightly larger room. Highly recommended and the owner was lovely and even helped us find and book a wine tour during the slow season. Parking out front on street or parking lot a short stroll away.

No kettle or coffee equipment but the breakfast was great.

Camera bellissima , spaziosa , con un bel panorama sul paesaggio toscano tipico . Camera con temperatura ottimale , mai avuto freddo , ideale per una coppia romantica . Colazione abbondante e varia , le crostate buonissime , la signora in cucina disponibile a cucinare a richiesta , il proprietario gentilissimo .

Pietro and Eni were exceptional hosts and made us feel really welcome. End’s omelettes at breakfast we’re amazing! Views from the terrace were so beautiful.

Hotel z klimatem

Piękne miejsce. Pyszne śniadania na tarasie. Hotel stylowy, z klimatem. Bardzo miły właściciel. W bliskiej odległości od hotelu dużo knajpek.

Brak zestawu do kawy i herbaty, który był w opisie pokoju. Brak wystawionych wędlin i serów na śniadaniu (trzeba o nie prosić).

Ideal location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast!

The staff at Palazzo Pacini were extremely friendly and gave us a choice of rooms when we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, a variety of food available and all made with fresh produce. Wonderful to sit on the outdoor terrace and enjoy the views of the Tuscan countryside with your morning coffee! The building was beautiful and is ideally located in the historic town with plenty of local bars and restaurants. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated with original period features. Would highly recommend!

The air conditioning in the room was not very powerful, maintaining a temperature of around 27 degrees celsius. However, we were made aware of this issue when being shown the room.

Great short stay in the centre of a pretty town

Hotel in the old town. Updated quiet room without losing the features and feel of an old Palazzo. Arrived in 37 C heat and the air conditioning worked beautifully. Lovely breakfast on the hotel balcony overlooking the Tuscan countryside.

The hotel has no parking. Car park not too far away but uphill with luggage.

best place in Colle Val D’elsa

Fabulous small hotel in the centre of Colle Val D’Elsa. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and had a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. The owner, Pietro, was simply wonderful, and made us so welcome, even making us coffee and tea upon check in and booking a fantastic restaurant (ask him where to find the best steak). Breakfast was amazing, especially the scrambled eggs and salami, be sure to order that.

Loved everything here

The welcome from Pietro was warm and friendly. The view of the countryside was lovely. The property was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was also perfect. The location was convenient to both the city and the old historic part of town with many choices for dining. The breakfast in the morning was deluxe and with a view. Many options and everything fresh and delicious. Truly loved everything here.

Perfect stay in a palace

Very pretty place very old buildings and beautiful . It’s a small place so you have this home feeling. We truly enjoyed this place. We stayed at this hotel palazzo Pacino. We loved it ! It’s really a palace :) Plus it's pet friendly. it’s a great feeling to sleep in a palace :) it was a pleasure to meet Mr Pietro and his wife I think her name was Christine . She made us beautiful well done eggs. There was also fresh cake to eat and every single thing was spectacular ! There’s a place to park really next to the center.

The air conditioner could be a little bit warmer.
