Walking distance from the center but very private and quiet. Breakfast was delivered in a basket even when I asked it to be delivered very early. I loved that the rooms have the named of cyclists and there was a bike room.
I think the rates are a little steep but I guess you pay for quality.
3.0 / 5.0
Rooms where tasteful (colours).
Very large bathroom
Comfortable bed and bedlinnen
Good A/C
Good WiFi
Parking
Quiet location, walking distance village with restaurants
Friendly reception (though you have to call to arrange keys, which may be uncomfortable for non french speakers)
The layout of our room was not convinient, i..e impossible to open the mini fridge without moving the (very) small table.
Little to no storage space
The sunbeds near the pool could use a matras, quite uncomfortable
An extra umbrella would be nice
The biggest issue we found was the breakfast. gets delivered in a basket, which has it's charm, but it forces you to picnic outside (inside there was just no room), drag table & chairs into the shade. The contents where dissapointing and proportions didn't make sence. Large butter cup, but barely bread. Lots of milk, barely coffee cups, no cheese, egg, ham, ... really basic expectations. Just jam. It was just way to little to really have a breakfast. BEtter wld be to use a sort of system where you can tick/choose what you want next day. No you have no choice at at and what you get is not in correct proportions

It was a niet location, in the neighbourhood of the Mont Ventoux. Nice concept for breakfast, without any work you could organize a picknick.
Normally it was promised during reservation we had free access for 1 day at the SPA Ventoux wellness center but nobody informed us what we had to do.

Superb breakfast basket delivered to the door
Reception/key collection could have been made clearer on the booking

The breakfast basket was a great idea but needed brewed coffee. The tranquility, the darkness to see the stars at night, the pool, the mattress.
Two small capsules in the breakfast basket not really acceptable for the price of the hotel. We would have expected a thermos with hot brew for at least two cups per person. The bar stools are not comfortable for short or elderly customers. No suitcase rack, no wardrobe, no place (e.g. hooks) to dry swim suits on. Two club chairs but no table, no desk.

The room (Bernard Hainhault) was excellent; spacious, comfortable, plugs, lighting, mirrors all in the right places. Seating area and kitchen was also great with a small dining table too. Nice area outside where we could sit out as well as an outside pool with sun loungers. Plenty of hanging space although not high enough for a floaty sun dress and no drawers or shelves! Its modern design included windows with incorporated automatic blinds that gave total black-out in the room at night.
It wasn't clear that the three properties were so far apart. Admittedly the spa was only a few minutes' walk down the road but the hotel for breakfast was a good ten minute walk away; ok in warm weather but wouldn't be much fun if raining or windy. Breakfast was pretty basic and not very imaginative. My step son collected our key so we didn't actually meet anyone and get a full briefing but although it had been in the booking details, I hadn't fully taken on board and was disappointed that it was E25 per visit to the spa just to use the pool or gym, which for the price of our room, I would have expected to be included but at least there was a small outside pool close to our room. A hotel would have an inclusive gym and the E25 price seems high if that's all you use it for. But what was most disappointing is that unless you book treatments ages in advance you can't get an appointment. They managed to fit me in for a manicure (semi permanent that only lasted four days) at 6pm but that was all. Given my stepson was cycling and my husband providing backup I had fully expected to use the spa and enjoy some treatments. As my husband had the car, it didn't leave me with much to do. What was even more galling was the charge for the coffee pods at E1 per time which just seems very mean. To pay for wine in your room is perfectly acceptable but not for coffee ... and there was no milk (even to buy). The town of Malaucene (nearest) was ok but hardly any shops except for cycling ones and the majority of the restaurants we went to weren't very good whereas in Bedoin, it's much livelier with a much better choice of restaurants and shops. Even though the room was fantastic, we'd go closer to Bedoin if we stayed in the area again as the spa didn't really offer anything extra.

great room
using the car to even go for breakfast was a pain

Breakfast and service was excellent
The staff went out of their way to serve us breakfast as we woke up earlt to go up Ventoux
Breakfast started officially at 8.00
For a hotel where so many cyclists stay, should serve breakfast from 6.00 , 8 is way too late
