Really loved Dubrovnik and enjoyed the apartment as a good base

Great location near the port. Small apartment but it’s an historic building so it’s been made to fit in that.

Great apartment for families but a bit awkward for two couples as you need to through main bedroom to get to second bedroom.

Fabulous apartment for visiting the old town. Fully equipped.

Great location. Very well equipped apartment. Lovely owners.

Up two flights of stairs and walk through one bedroom to get to the other one. Neither of these things detracted from a great stay.

Very nice apartment in the heart of things - will come again.

Amazing modern apartment literally in the city walls and two steps from the front door through the walls to the harbour. Easy access by bus from the airport to Ploce Gate. Excellent facilities - reading other posts the hot water is NOT an issue. Keep the hot water switch on as advised and all is well. Four of us showered each evening with no problem at all. Have already recommended to friends! Thanks to our lovely hosts!

Scored a little down only because the pillows were a bit thin and no spares. Other than that we would definitely come again. Bedrooms adjoining and no problem for us with the kids, but something for sharing couples to be aware of.

Great location and excellent facilities.

The host met us there in person on arrival, he was very friendly. The apartment is an an amazing location with a great view of the city and was very clean and beds very comfortable.

Exceptional

Excellent location, walking distance to all local amenities and attractions. Host and his grandma were very helpful and accommodating. All basic necessities provided. They went out of their way to offer us temporary accommodation as I was taken ill and the return flight was late in the evening with full access to the property and checking on how I was feeling. Don't be put off by the outside of the building traditional outside building but the apartments are very well maintained and modern.

Perfect city break spot

Fabulous location, right on the city walls with a view of the harbour. Fun watching everyone enter to walk the walls at the maritime museum (best spot to get on the walls too). The apartment was clean and bright and stayed cool with the shutters closed against the sun. Everything worked perfectly. We were really happy to be there.

Should be aware you have to walk through one bedroom to another. Didn't bother us and kids at all. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful apartment!

It is a lovely apartment in the old town. The location is amazing. The apartment is spotless and cute. Luka is super friendly and responsive. We totally loved our stay.

Superb

The location is exceptional. You are right beside the town wall by the port. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Luka greeted us and gave us suggestions on what to do and where to eat. He was also responsive to my messages. We had a great stay.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the neighbor. There was only one night we heard her and had a bit of trouble sleeping.

Fab location, super apartment

Fabulous location next to the city walls. Small but comfortable apartment, everything you needed for a short break. Ivana very helpful with suggestions and taxi transfers.

On arrival explained that water tank is small, so we’d need to wait 15 mins or so for it to refill/reheat. Found that two of us could get a shower before it went cold if we turned off while soaping and then rinsed.

Amazing Apartment in Old Dubrovnik

Ivana was so helpful getting us into the apartment. She provided useful advise on maximizing our comfort in the place as well as great tips on where to go for groceries, food, and swimming. The location is great, while we could not actually see th water as the windows are right at the same level of the city wall we had an amazing view of the city and SRD mountain. It was really cool when we climbed the mountain ad other elevated positions but could still point out where we were staying.

Maybe a few more useful items in the kitchen like a plastic spatula to prevent from scratching the pots. Coffee maker would be nice, whether french press or brew pot.

Great apartment right on the harbour in Old Town. Accessible - only steps are inside the apartment to reach the first floor. Great view from windows and balcony. As others have said, balcony is not accessed from within the apartment but from just outside the front door. No issue at all. Lovely sitting on the balcony watching people walking the wall. Perfect. Host was great too. Good communication.

Fantastic location and perfect for a short stay. We had a four night stay to enable us to explore the Old City and more than matched our needs and expectations

Would have been good to have a basic welcome pack in terms of some basic foods and drink as nothing provided at all, but that said the supermarket is very close but would have been good after a long day travelling to not have to then rush out and buy some basics even to have a cup of tea ! Also, not an issue for us or our stay, but the fact that the second bedroom is only accessed via the first bedroom should be more obvious in the description as opposed to having to find out about it by reading reviews. Similarly, the fact that the small balcony, which was welcomed and used, is outside of the apartment and directly overlooked by the people walking and enjoying the city walls. Again, neither an issue to us as we were aware as read previous reviews, but could be very disappointing to some and hence maybe should be more obviously in the main description of the accommodation and its facilities etc

The location is good along the city walls, but also secluded enough to afford some privacy and offer quietness.

The hot water is way too small and the hot water runs out in less than five minutes. it would be difficult with more than 2 guest as the apartment could handle up to 4 guest.

Superb. Exactly what we hoped for. Would love to go back...

Superb location, close to everything you want to see and do in Dubrovnik, but also quiet in the evenings. Enjoyed the balcony where you can watch the visitors walking the historic walls a few metres away, plus easy access to the port through the archway directly in front of the aparment entrance. Also, a short walk to the harbour wall where there's a bar and steps into the sea for a cooling dip. Loved the place

Very good

Excellent location, right in the old town. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Ivana was super friendly and helpful.

We did have some problems with the hot water. It only lasted a few minutes before the water became cold

Exceptional

The location is fantastic and the host was brilliant. She even arranged transport from the airport. The apartment aircon was a god send and although within the city walls, once the windows were shut the apartment was virtually silent. It meant we had a place to cool down and unwind after our busy days.

Great location but should have stayed outside the old town for more space, great for a couple .

Ivana the host was great, the location is fantastic, apartment was clean, air conditioning and wifi great, beds comfortable

Second bedroom accessed via first bedroom, great for family with kids but not ideal for grown ups, balcony is not accessed via apartment and occupied by a one eyed cat!

A fantastic location in old town Dubrovnik with an excellent host.

The location of this property is fantastic. Down the gentle stairs, through the archway in the old city walls and there is the old port. The centre of the old town a minutes walk around the harbour. Ivana was extremely helpful and accommodating. She arranged our airport transfers in advance and was always on the end of a message to answer queries about restaurants or visits to sights around town. The locals bar and restaurant 2 floors underneath the apartment were not at all intrusive. Cool on the warm April days, warm on the cooler days when the Mistral blew.

The bedroom layout with the second room accessed through the first might not be ideal for some parties of 4 adults.

Great location for restaurants and port

- to go to the second bedroom, you have to pass by the first bedroom - no privacy: people walking on the city walls can see you in the apartment - the bathroom is really small and the sink is minimal

Ivana is an amazing host. Sweet en helpful. She recommended great restaurants and arranged the transfer to the airport. The apartments location is one of the best you can get, with amazing view over the wall.

Perfect Stay

Ivana was very friendly and helpful with a lot of great tipps. The apartment was perfectly located in the old town and absolutely clean and cozy with confortable beds. One of the two bedrooms you enter through the other one, which for a family with children is no problem. Highly recommended.

No parking available directly outside of the old town to leave the car.

The apartment is clean, new, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was ideal - literally 10 feet from the city walls, with a view over the top to the harbor and hills. A passage through the wall to the quay is directly across from the apartment entry, and very central to old down.

We could have stayed longer... ;-)

Good location / excellent service but poor bedrooms equipment

The appartement is ideally located in the Old center. The welcome from the owner is excellent. Extremely clean. Pleasant bathroom and kitchen

No Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. The central unit being placed at the opposite side of the appartement near the entrance door. Beds of the twin beds bedrooms are bad quality. Direct view on people walking on the ramparts walkers.

Good

Ivana was very friendly, helpful and really easy to get a hold of and communicate with. She was a star! The apartment is in a good location, and it is a good base to explore the old town from.

There were some odd smells in and around the apartment. As well, lots of stairs, so not great for those with those with mobility issues. This, unfortunately, isn’t very clear in the description. The balcony does not look into the bay, but is right inline with the wall. Be prepared to be in tourist photos if you sit out there!

Dubrovnik is one of those places that has to be visited and this is a good base for that.

Self catering.

Guests staying in the second bedroom had to walk through the first bedroom to access the bathroom and kitchen/lounge so not the most private of holidays!!!!
