Bungalows convenient for families with (small) children.

To explore the region, this is a good spot. We think this resort is appropriate for families with small children. There are nice pools.

As company of adults, the name and description of the Resort didn't match with what we expected. The beds aren't very comfortable. The spa is small and there is not much steam in the steam bath. The vila isn't a vila but a bungalow. The bathroom is quiet small and the shower went out of warm water after the second person showered. For families with small children this is a good place, but less for a family of 4 adults. The restaurant closes at 7.30 which is very early for Spain in the summer.

Comfortable, great facilities, good breakfast

Bar staff poorly trained, service below the expectations. Restaurant could be available longer, no good option of food out of dinner. Bar food horrible and expensive, frozen pizzas for 9€.

Beautiful 2-storey apartment in a lovely setting. Everything was squeaky clean. Breakfast was really good. The bed was comfy too.

The shower cubicle leaked a little, but it wasn't a big deal.

wonderful family spot to relax and leave everyone happy!

Amazing little gem beautifully done! Very family friendly with endless fun for young kids Along with a very catering staff! It was quiet, accommodating, and tons of thought was put into the nature details on site!

honestly I cannot complain about anything. I believe the staff ramp up was occurring during our stay (shoulder season) so there was some difficulty with information at times but they were always super quick to find someone to help.

disappointing

We had a very disappointing experience. One of the main reasons for our choice on the hotel was to use the pool and the sauna, but we were disappointed as they switch it off earlier than the usual announced closing time (to save on electricity probably). When calling the night shift receptionist and asked him to check he said that it is probably one of the clients who left the door opened but after showing him that the sauna isn't turned on he came with the excuse that he feel it warm enough and added in an arrogant way that that's how the sauna are usually are. (I leave you a photo of the temperature of the sauna so you judge by yourself) The attitude was disappointing seriously. The hotel tried to catch up after our complaint and offered a free massage for our next booking in the hotel which we are not going to benefit from since we are not planning to come back again. It's regrettable that a lack of tact from the staff can ruin a customer experience.

Great pool. Good playground for kids. Clean and comfortable room.

Poor toilet light, no mirror light at all. Toilet without heating/ air conditioning. No reading light on the 2nd room. This time I felt the breakfast was poorer, no hot water for tea, no cold milk…

Good pool conditions, Gread breakfast quiet place to spend with the family

Air conditioner on the room. One of the rooms there wasn't an A/C, and i felt cold during the night , even using a blanket.

Great place to unwind after El Camino

Beautiful setting, lovely villa, excellent customer service, great food, and relaxing spa services.

solo travelers should find partner. great for couples, families and kids.

Lovely place, great location,

Location and surroundings - very relaxed and child friendly

The mattresses in our room were horrendous- considered going to ikea to replace ours. Even the kids were uncomfortable.

Fabulous staff

We chose it for peace and quiet, and it's what we got, mostly. Reception girls are very accommodating and helpful, as are staff in the restaurant. Unfortunately, my husband wasn't well all our stay, and they all tried to help. Thank you all for that. He's getting better now.

Lots of ants on the terrace. Lovely cleaning ladies tried to eradicate them but I believe it's ongoing battle. It did limit us using the terrace though.

Little paradise

Very nicely done. Friendly staff and comfortable little villa. Hope to come back and enjoy all the facilities when my husband recovers.

Cooking facilities in the kitchen were locked which I only asked about on day 3, staff member immediately came in to unlock it. It should have been on really since check in. Even if we didn't cook much, just tea or soup.

Unique place, shame about loud music

Nice concept. Pretty gardens. Friendly staff.

Evenings were filled with some night club music from not too afar which is obviously defeating the concept of quietness people come here for. It lasted into early hours and was very annoying. We didn't want to complain, it's not why we were here. Hope they sort it out because we would love to come back again.

Wow, we adored everything about this stay ! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, the accommodation is a perfect total different concept "little villa or one could say banglows" location perfect as its in the miss of a forest and a bit away from the city it has a gorgeous pool area , flowers and nature surround the property , a lovely calm and chilled ambience can be felt throughout the property which is perfect after a day exploring !. The actual apartments /villas are so homely with lovely details and touches, and are cleaned daily to a high standard!!!! We hope to return! Made our wedding anniversary super special thank you Gorrete. Highly recommended

Needed a break from the camino, and this was perfect. Amazing spa and massage for my wife. And the food and wine was amazing. As a chef myself, I will steal the caramel fondant. The waiters maybe not so professional, but sweet and helpful. And great feedback from reception 👍
