Great and quite location but terrible bed

Close to the beach and city center (both about 5 minutes walk), very quiet at night, parking in the back yard, nice garden, friendly staff

We are not sensitive about beds but this one was most terrible in our 15 years booking reservations (we were in double bed room - I can't say how are in other rooms/ apartments). So soft that make a hole in the middle and throw your legs in the air. And it is small, we are not big persones but this bed is really too small for two people. It was a very very uncomfortable sleep. Which is a shame because it really ruins the overall good impression of the accommodation and location. The towels, bed sheets etc. were not changed even once in 5 days but this did not bother us too much

Rooms are very spacy. Beds are comfortable. Big refridgerator in the kitchen.Nice garden.City center 100 m away.

Convenient location close to centre and sea

Owners of the property are very nice, flexible and accommodating. The location is 5 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the centre.

Shower head cannot be fixed on the wall (holder piece missing), which makes it very inconvenient to take a shower. Hot water through a boiler, which runs out quickly if you have more than two people taking shower one right after another. There is no heating in the apartment but there is an airconditioning in the dining area.

A perfect place to crash at night. Beautiful mornings from the terrace. A short walk from everything

I loved the garden. So much care and work was put into that and those flowers and especially the trees are a lovely sight to see from the terrace during the morning coffee. While really close to the street there has never been an issue with noise. The place is really close from everything you might need - beach access, proper bank ATMs, shops, pharmacy, restaurants. The private parking was great for peace of mind.

The room we stayed in was antiquated and in need of an overhaul. The fan in the bathroom needs to be dragged out into the street and shot for its lack of efficiency as well as the noise it made to advertise it. The shower-head seemed to be customized by a prankster.

We liked the location and the lady that gave us our keys was really nice and friendly.

The WiFi was not working the whole time and often there was no warm water for the shower.

Nicely decorated villa close to the beach and the city center.

The price of the small room was extremely low for its quality and it was close to the beach and a supermarket. The cleaning lady had also been nice. Villa was nicely decorated. I can only recommend for anyone wanting to visit Novi Vinodolski.
