try to have a more varied breakfast.Even though the breakfast is pretty good,

the staff is nice and very helpful, to be honest.

The room is too narrow, so for us Muslims it is difficult to pray.

Great, but very short stay. Breakfast lady Fantastic. Everyone i met at front counter, Sensational

ALL Staff were so very polite, Friendly and Knowledgable. They were willing to help me with whatever i needed from Taxi, to directions.

Room Airconditioning a bit dodgy, Toilet interesting to say the least. There is a jug in room to boil water however there is no Tea bags to have a cuppa. Strange really.

BREKKY OK .

The rooms an corridors mostly smell like ashtrays in public Toilets .. very disappointing, After a long flight from Australia , or today a long drive from San Reap u have to try and find a room that does not STINK , up and down the lifts finally having to accept a stinky room .. I did suggest a couple of complimentary Breakfasts may stop me spending the rest of my life shitcanning the hotel on FB .. I am a angry, grumpy old man and go on FB every day to vent my anger ... I appreciate who your main customer are and they are every arrogant as to where they smoke and spit .. I DO NOT FEEL THE HOTEL IS DOING ENOUGH TO SOLVE THE SITUATION ,A TINY SIGN THAT CANNOT BE SEEN WHEN LIFT DOOR IS OPEN . i SUGGEST A BIG SIGN IN EVERY ROOM . 100USD FINE AND EVICTION MAY HELP, PLUS SMOKE DETECTORS IN EVERY ROOM .. AND HAVE THE BALLS TO THROW CUSTOMER OUT IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT ETC . I understand i am a lone voice so nothing will be done . Tomorrow i look for a different hotel

The hotel is in a good location at the heart of China Town. Its close to various facilities: food stalls, shopping centre and entertainment areas. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean. Its value for money .

The bathroom is quite small and the toilet bowl so short

Location and cleanliness

Extra small bedroom, you have to bend down to pass between the bed and TV... So much in a budget that there is no drinking water in the room ! Mattress very average and pillow VERY thick making neck 45 degree angle Easy to find better value in PP

Super clean rooms that were very functional.. lovely helpful staff who were very accomodating

Phone was not hooked up as place had opened a few days before but otherwise it was great

Great easy Stay

Free Laundry! Pay $10 to become a member and be upgraded to a bigger room. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and spoke english.

The location had a lot of construction going on around the hotel, wasn't the safest for foot traffic and noisy
