Hotel has a nice and unique design, very pretty garden inside, the room was very big and comfortable (we were told that the we got a better room than the one that we booked, which was really nice), the bathroom was really spacious, a lot of shelves, wardrobes etc. Bed was big and comfortable, can't really say anything bad. You have a basic breakfast (coffee, toasts, jam, peanut butter, one time we had eggs and frijoles) and you can fill your bottles with a filtered water (great!). The staff extremely nice. Location - far from the historic center, but the neighborhood safe and pretty. Uber to the center around 5-6 USD, there are also buses that are extremely cheap.
There are some strange rules over there.. eg. under any condition you can't eat or drink anything in your room, you can't get in to the hotel after 10pm etc. etc. It didn't really bothered us, but somehow it felt odd ;)

The property is super cute with all its plants and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts are very kind and eager to help. Even helped me practice my spanish a little! They upgraded me to a room with its own bathroom when I checked in which I was honestly super grateful for! They provide home cooked breakfasts every morning in the outdoor dining area, which was absolutely delicious. I would stay here again!
Located a bit far from the main tourist areas, although easily accessible by Uber or bus! Also walkable if you don’t mind walking ~1hr (I enjoyed exploring the neighbourhoods on foot!)

The hotel is really beautiful with beautiful paintings, a lot of flowers, plants and a really nice terrace where you can have a lovely breakfast. The rooms are good and convenient and I slept really well on the bed, probably also because of my 20-hour flight :). The bathroom was shared and for me that was fine. I arrived really late at the hotel but the staff was super friendly and exceptionally waited for me to arrive, normally the reception was already closed. It’s a perfect stay for a very affordable price. Would recommend this place for sure!
Nothing really :)

When arrived facilities didn’t have rooms reserved as they didn’t have any availability as requested and was promised to get rooms I had requested. I was originally given a refund for full amount but the next day they charged my credit card again.

Fabulously friendly staff, very vibrant and welcoming, nice clean and soft linen, spacious and light with our very own balcony with view of the volcano! Beautiful presentation of breakfast too. Dora and her team are doing an amazing job, wish we could have stayed longer.
Nothing at all.

Nice place but you have to pay in advance through this sketchy website (not booking.com) or they told us they won’t hold our room…

Quiet and safe neighbourhood, full of plants, clean, 2 employees are sweet
Unfortunately, not a Nice vibe: too Many restrictions, not able to leave outside without asking, and getting the sad impression that the owners are Just There to make money:
- 1 pants in the Laundry: 2 $
- let your backpack for part of the day when leaving ( where every where its free and part of the service) :5 $
- if you want to have your key: deposit of 20$
- really noisy fan, i asked if possible to get another one. The answer was i could get à room with a/c for 10 dollars more… and after get hurt after trying to fix the fan, They brought me another one… was then feasible.
Not a Good value for money in San Salvador comparing with others places ( no Hot water, no filtred water, no kitchen…)

The staff was really excellent, very nice, always a pleasure to see their beautiful smiles and very helpful. The place was comfortable and clean with ac
No hot water and no key to the front door so you have to get back before 10pm

It was really clean and a comfortable stay. Filtered water available for free and a breakfast for a cost. Really cute property with a lovely, peaceful garden. It was in a safe neighborhood.
There wasn't much around for food, arriving in the evening especially. You cannot walk to the center, but that isn't an issue because most accommodations are not in the center and ubers are very cheap. I stayed in a private room, but it was a shared 1 bathroom on the floor, which resulted in having to wait quite often. Other than that, a great stay!!!

Facility and location excellent. Very nice people. Highly recommended

I did not have breakfast while here. The location was great in a residential neighborhood. The staff volunteered to upgrade my room. They got me one with a private veranda and a direct view of the volcano.
Being that it was in a residential neighborhood, many neighborhood sounds--barking dogs, street vendors, loud music--were part of it too. Not their fault. Just how it is.
They made clear at the beginning that they close at 10pm and do not reopen until 6am. While it was ok for me because I went to bed at 9pm, I might've looked elsewhere if I'd come with others.

Very clean, organized and beautiful with good decoration
A lot of rules like you can't arrive after 10 pm, no wash your clothes, bad internet and the women doesn't want to fix. The district is safe, but bad location, far of downtown and a little pricey

The room was clean and the staff was friendly . breakfast was ok.coffee very weak.
When i asked if the room had hot water she said for an extra $5 per night.
Location is terrible far from any buses unless you take Uber each time

It's a great hotel with a beautiful garden and a lovely patio, the room was super clean and cozy ,the hosts were very friendly and helpful,we were served with nice free coffee and cookies when we checked in,it made us feel like at home.
The room without private bathroom isn’t big,but it’s enough for two people, I think.the shared bathroom isn’t crowded too, highly recommended!

thank you so much to the kind staff who woke up in the middle of the night to let us out to catch our shuttle. we didn’t realise when booking the place doesn’t have a door where you can let yourself in/ out so a staff member has to be present. it was a very comfortable stay for the few hours we did sleep there
nothing

Location was way away from anywhere else. The hotel staff at the time of check which was at about 2100 hours was quite unfriendly. They were better the next day.
The room I got was tiny, without windows and very claustrophobic.

The lady at the Reception was very helpful. They had every information we needed. The stay was very comfortable. The bathroom was shared, but well equipped. The stay is very secure and felt quite safe. Not sure about the location. I advise to directly be dropped by Uber and they will set you up with their trusted driver for sightseeing and airport drop.

Helpful staff, and great value for what your spending.
Did not like the fact they would charge you $1 for hot water lol also that the facilities close after 10 so if you have a late night out and about good luck trying to get in.
