Gracias 👍

Charming B&B with a great location in a quiet area. Very friendly host who took the time to give us a good introduction to the city.

Very friendly & helpful owner who gave us a really good briefing about Carcasonne when we arrived. It's an easy walk to both the castle & main square from the accommodation. Also a flat (approx 10-15 mins) walk to the train station.

very good location in the town and nice and cool in the hot weather
Unfortunately a misunderstanding between the staff because of poor English and our poor French.

Thanks to that, our memories of Carcassonne are so excellent.

The host was very welcoming, gave us a lot of great advice. He assisted us with our arrival and departure. The rooms were very comfortable with a new bathroom. There was a nice view. We appreciated the parking space in a structure next door. We had lovely croissants and chocolatines, yogurt, fruit and good coffee for breakfast.
We had to go through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom.

The room was so much nicer than the photos showed.Beautiful cosy room and very comfortable bed.
Jean Paul and Annie are amazing hosts .
Extremely helpful and kind. I would return to Carcassonne based on my stay at this property

Gorgeous old house, very vintage! The location is so close to the river and a short walk into town or the medieval city, which is so helpful! Absolutely lovely and helpful hosts!
It can be a little older, which comes with it's creaks and all that. That bathrooms are a bit dated, but that is to be expected. I wish there had been a small kettle or something in the room.

A bit too much furniture in the room

Jean Paul & Annie, the hosts are very warm and helpful. Excellent experience.
3rd or 4th floor with no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, be prepared.

If you are looking for a personal experience where it looks like you are staying at someones house, this is a good place. The host can give personal tips for visits and restaurants.
I don't think it's a great B&B to go with kids. The room was large but a bit dusty with a lot of carpets on the floor. Upon arrival the kids where warned directly to not make any noise, when I am more than capable of saying that to them myself. Also, the host continued with a story about a kid who fell off the wall in Carcasonne, when I asked him to stop telling it. Felt like walking on my tose and invading someone's space the whole time.

The warm reception from Jean Paul. The homely feel. Clean and very comfortable. It was - 2 at times in Carcassonne and the heating was on all day long. So nice and cosy when we returned from exploring the sites Homemade bread by Jesn Paul was delicious. .
The breakfast time was 8-9am...would have liked a later breakfast. .

The experience provided by our hosts was above and beyond. Truly we were treated like family with such care given to ensure we felt comfortable and made the most of our stay. Such a lovely bed and breakfast filled with antique treasures that reflect the spirit of this medieval city. Best place to stay to authentically experience carcassonne, and within walking distance to all of the sites.

The hotel is very climatic and beautiful, placed in quiet neighbourhood, but yet so close to the medieval part and the castle. All was great, breakfast super, but most of all - wonderful and hospitable hosts. Annie and Jean-Paul, thank you for your hospitality and warmth!

Jean Paul was a great host. He provide us with great info about Carcassonne.
We stayed at the Studio Peter, with a small kitchen which was perfect to keep our child food refrigerated.
Nice location at a walking distance to everywhere in Carcassonne.
We could park in front of the hotel for free.
And last but not least, an amazing included breakfast! We had the chance to have it in our room and for us was super convenient and a very nice experience.
To say something, there is no elevator, and if you have to carry a trolley, it is something to bear in mind. We left it in the car, which made it easier for us to go up & down the building.

Super carring host welcomed us as hisn own family. Every step and details were so well prepared with care and friendly gestures.
The beds were peffect, the furniture, the art pieces... like sleeping in 1850 museum :)
Everything was perfect

Jean-Paul greeted us pleasantly and provided an excellent introduction to the house and neighborhood. He gave us advice on excellent photography options for la Cite and several restaurant recommendations. He made certain we had his phone number for any needs.
The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable.
Exceptional value for the money. Thank you, Jean-Paul; we hope we can visit again!
A fan in the room for hot sleepers! All else was excellent.
