Very good

Plenty of space, close to the beach and coastal walks. Allowed early access when I arrived early. Good under cover parking. Good size fridge. Plenty of seating.

Entry to the unit was a little difficult to negotiate - the screen door opens from one side, then the main entry door opens from the other side, then there's a step up into the room, followed by several steps back down into the main room. These steps have aluminium angle strips on the steps which create a trip hazard whilst going down them especially when carrying luggage down into the room. There was no washing up scourer/sponge to clean plates, pots, frypan etc after cooking.

The cabins were clean and comfortable . Great location with easy access to the beach . Great for young children .

we had to the most amazing stay!

all the facilities. fun for the families.

it was great and would definitely book again

it was great location and lots of things to do with the kids

we stayed in the 3 bedroom house and the only down fall was there was no toilet up stairs which meant taking all the kids down stairs just to go to the toilet

Great location for family with kids with various facilities such as water park, playground and heated swimming pools. Beach is located within a minute or two by walk.

Rooms and bathroom are on the small side with not much room to put personal items on

Big4 is a nice place to visit, highly recommended.

The kids slide pool was freezing, as was the larger pool. would have liked it to be heated.

Location to the beach and shops

It’s a family resort yet the pool and playground didn’t open until 9:30 - 10 kids are awake all over the park very early and it’s hard to entertain them when they aren’t able to play earlier. the reception staff were very rude and abrupt on severa occasions.

Weather was terrible

Bathroom is way too small in cabin and beds not very comfortable we paid 1200 for 4 night so not really worth it ..cabin was very clean and great amenities .pool and water park were great for kids .

The cabin was clean and tidy close to the beach from the cabin .they have a lot of activities for the kids many pools jumping pillow.A quite park a short drive to shops and blowhole .Will go back

I thought we were have a coffee machine there wasn't one in our cabin bath room is very small nothing else to say we didn't like.
