Loved the unit and the view, just too noisy

The view was exceptional and the units spacious.

The noise levels were horrendous. The clubs around the unit were noisy right through the night and people screaming and fighting in the street below our bedrooms.

The stay was pleasant. The place is literally on the beachfront which was wonderful.

The wifi did not connect in our apartment. We had to go outside to use it.

Perfect view

Perfect location and access to the beach.

The kitchen utentials can do with a bit of an upgrade. Fan in main bedroom not in working condition.

Not worth it

I only liked the view from the hotel. The apartment itself was nice but cleanliness was an issue.

There was bed bugs in the bed. They did replace the bed after we were given alot of attitude when we reported this issue, had we not insisted on a replacement of the bed or getting a refund they were just going to vacuum the mattress and base. There were also cockroaches around the apartment. The manner the agent Jan dealt with our complaint was unacceptable. I was accused of being dishonest about the complaint. I have pictures and videos which very much shows the truth. We were also told we would be blocked from giving a review of the apartment. When booking it mentioned a dishwasher however when we arrived there was a sign saying private use only. The dish rack was filthy. The cupboards and rooms smelt damp. We couldn't get the ceiling fans to go on. I will not return to this apartment again. Also the 2nd bedroom had a toilet and shower in the same room the information was misleading not advising that it was in the same room with no partition.

Location is good. Replaced towels after making a complaint

Dirty dishes, towels and bedding were not fresh. Stove had a thick sticky layer of dirt, only one plate worked properly.

Penthouse unit 701

The view was amazing, shops were nearby and the convenience of everything available. Sue was friendly and very helpful. Jan was very efficient with the booking.

Very thing was wonderful. All the shops and the beach is just out side the flat. The view was amazing. The flat had everything you needed. Even the braai area was near our flat. Will definitely be good back. 😊

They stove was slow but everything else was great

There was absolutely nothing i didn't like at the Seabrook, everything was good the rooms with Seaview, shops are nearby everything 👌

The fact that our rooms were far from each other and i think some of the other things like irons we left from other rooms because some didn't have irons

It's free apartment you play your music the way you like no one is disturbing your peace

I didn't see any staff and the blankets were so cold please improve on that, toilet papers as well there were only one per toilet

it was a great weekend to chill and relax with family

i enjoy the sea veiw from the balcony sit and watch while having breakfast, area very easy to walk around at night safe, fishing to the pier is easy to go with the car, near distance

Location, the owners are very friendly and welcoming,the game room is perfect for kids,the building is clean

Load shedding made our stay very uncomfortable they owner should get a generator since the building is located in such a beautiful place with too many rooms it's a bit unprofessional not to have a generator,the noise in the building was extremely loud. There is also a sign that states that we should clean before departure I was a bit confused by that.
