So So
the bed was rather uncomfortable

I would recommend owner to take better pictures of the view as its very beautiful. Even two people can't fit the little balcony there is option to spend evening on terrace of next house. Basic Italian breakfast is ready for you in the room. Owner Sante seems like funny charming chap.
Some bird didn't like us staying there, it was hitting window even doring the night! Maybe ghost?!?! :-D

The accommodations included a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast supplies, a modern bathroom, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the town and countryside.

We prepared our breakfast in the kitchen but they provided pastries and coffee, tea, milk, etc. The place was newly remodeled inside. Very comfortable. Great views of the mountains and valleys.

We really enjoyed the apartment. In the middle of a heat wave it stayed nice and cool. Santo Stefano di Sessiano is a gem.
Owner friendly and helpful, provided plenty of information about the village and surrounding area.
Not a problem for us, but note that not all the places that belong to Residence Belvedere have a view. We stayed in a small house with few windows which really helped to keep the heat out.

A quiet apartment with an amazing view on the valley. Great spot for hiking and driving up to Campo Imperatore or down to L’Aquila. The apartment has all you need, breakfast ingredients are provided for you to prepare your breakfast according to your schedule, which worked out perfectly for us! Would definitely go back.

Breakfast was very poor, we have to buy extra food and milk for it because the one provided wasn't nearly enough not even for 1 night ( we stayed 2 ).
Crusks were expired a month earlier and the promised freshly baked cake never happened.
Location had no view as a huge scaffolding was built in front of our place.

Great location for those who want to visit the Grand Sasso Park and climb the Corno Grande. It is a 20-minute drive from Campo Imperatore.

this town of Santo Stefano Sessano is mind blowing. a compact town high in the mountains with amazing views and experiences. unfortunately I am 78 and travelling alone so did no climbing. lovely cool air after all the heat
it’s a very long journey from Australia and very sad indeed when a huge renovation is taking place breaking the awesome peace and blocking most of the view. I booked months ago and the owners have about 8 apartments but saw fit to put me in this one. mind you the one next door would have been worse and people they put in that one were devastated and disappeared.

Good location, just outside the city center. Great view on the valley. Apartment fully equipped

Standing on the balcony one feels compelled to imagine they’re ancient royalty, surveying their vast realm.

Distributed B&B across the small town of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. Rooms are not rooms, but small apartments (well, some of them are not so small!), equipped with anything you might need. Owners are nice and gentle.
In the flat's kitchen, guests can find a lot of stuff to have a good breakfast - biscuits, jam, yogurt and so on.
The structure has a free parking a few meters away from all or most flats; all flats are well located to visit the town and to take mountain trails in the area (Rocca Calascio can be reached in 1h20m through a splendidly panoramic route).
The Gran Sasso area (Campo Imperatore) is 35-40 minutes away.
Beds require an update. They are beautiful, mattresses are good, but they are not perfectly flat. I would add something for breakfast for those who don't drink coffee - like, a proper water boiler and some tea.

The location was great, practical to reach any main site.
The flat itself was spacious and clean.
The staff was super friendly and the place was very well cleaned.

Residenza Belvedere is in a lovely little village. Despite the heat it was cool inside. It gave as space to relax after our walking in the area.

This property is located on the outskirts of the historic Santo Stefano in the Apenine Mountains. The view of the valley from the window is just great. You will have fully equipped kitchen to your disposal and surprisingly good (mountains!) internet connection. This residence is the ideal base for hiking of the highest peak of the Apenines - Corno Grande. The trailhead is only 30 min away by car.
It is hard to find any negative... I did not see any super- or micromarket in the village, so bring all you stuff with you from the valleys. There is a parking space 50 m uphill on the side of the main road...
