La ubicación es perfecta, hay varios establecimientos cerca y lugares muy tranquilos que poder visitar sin recorrer tanto tiempo.

Un poco más de variedad de canales de TV para una estancia un poco más relajante.

Rooms were noisy and water from the roof leaked into the room when it rained

Customer services was terrible , we asked for towels for the pool but they never materialised . One day we had to leave for an excursion at 0745 and breakfast was at 8am but they said no to giving us a coffee before going. The staff were unfriendly and nonchalant.

The breakfast could have been explained better - we were given a menu and then told that it did not apply to us and then expected to work out what did apply which then took over 25 minutes to arrive. There were no coffe or tea facilites in the room.

Excellent location, great price, and contemporary, chic hotel!

The room was quite cozy in size, but for one person it was just right. I really enjoyed the proximity to Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City's main avenue. You're steps away from the Hamburgo MexiBus stop or from walking to the Angel de la Independencia. Overall great location and wonderful hotel. Very contemporary and accommodating.

As a thirty-something traveler, this was a great hotel for me. However, there was a pool party one day that I personally didn't mind, but could see it being bothersome to other travelers, so I suppose one should be wary of the age range of hotel guests. In terms of hotel service, everything was great!

Definitivamente volveré a alojarme ahí.

Mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, las instalaciones muy lindas y el personal muy amable.

Me hubiera servido que el desayuno se sirviera más temprano, pero solo porque tenía un compromiso a las 8am. Creo que su horario es funcional, simplemente me habría facilitado algo.

Having been coming here since 2015, this stay was incredibly poor and doubt we will be back.

beds are still comfortable and location is good.

Poor service from all staff, dirty plates and food left in corridor. Towels had holes in them, this is not what you expect find in a suite.

Noisy at night , large group of people drinking and talking loudly by the pool till gone 3 in the morning. Not the first time I've stayed here and have similar sleepless nights . Staff do not seem to do anything about it. They just provide you with ear plugs which don't make a difference. I would avoid at weekends if you need to sleep

Location is great; this is definitely a social hotel with noise coming from the pool area.

The hotel was very clean, and the design was nice. The food was also good.

We booked a suite (and paid the full price for a suite), which was described as having a balcony. We did not get a suite. In fact, the room we got didn't even have windows. When we complained and asked why we didnt get a suite with a balcony (or windows) he said "it all depends on availability, the rooms with balcony are occupied". Absolute disgrace. We were ensured that the manager would get in touch with us via email. I should have known that would never happen. I found a lot of the staff very rude.

couldn’t check in at 2 am even though they said 24. h check in. the doors were locked and I knocked numerous times with no response. I had to wander around (as a solo female new to the city) to find alternative accomodation for that night. I did not get a refund for the first night.

great location, cute pool, good design

the design of the hotel as a whole is great. I was concerned that the noise from the bar would be a problem but it didn’t run too late. The staff are generally great, knowledgeable and helpful.

When we failed to tip (it was a coffee and a cake) the waiter came back and asked us to add a tip!!

The biggest disappointment!

the design.

poor maintenance, dirty bed linen, dirty toilet, and overall dirty. No shower gel in the room for two people, quite dark rooms. we changed room because the one we got was quite dirty, the second was cleaner but had no toilet roll in the toilet and one of the taps in the shower didn’t work. We had to call engineering, it was taking too long, we had to move to another room just to have shower. Service recovery was inexistent, at breakfast after all these events they wanted to charge us extra for a natural juice. Terribly disappointing. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told he wasn’t available and I should report my claim to booking.com. An eventful stay I would say.

brutalist boutique hotel in fantastic location. pick a room with a terrace or balcony.

amazing brutalist boutique hotel in great location. lovely small pool. great restaurant and breakfast. staff and friendly and helpful. took advantage of the hotel bicycles to ride around the city on Sunday when the main roads are closed to traffic.

pick your room carefully - some are dark and a bit prison-like, whereas those with terraces have more light. pity the bar couldn’t manage an expresso martini and didn’t know what a caipirinha was. note - there’s no gym at the hotel.
