Great value for money, will stay here again.

Location is great, staff is great. My room was good for one person. It would have been hard to have had two people in it. They gave me a handicap room and I don't think it would work for someone in a wheelchair but the bathroom was quite big. Hot water was always available. Nice to have a big fridge with a freezer, lots of closet space. The cleaning staff was very thorough and fast. I was a long-stay guest and they checked in with me each week to make sure my needs were being met. The AC unit was very powerful.

Not enough cooking utensils. There was a small frying pan but no pot. I had to buy a knife for cutting veggies/fruits. No bowls were supplied but I saved a take-out one. It would have been good to have a toaster, but I don't know where they would put it, lol. I've stayed in residence hotels before that had more cooking utensils so I know it's possible. That said, the stove worked great--very fast.

地點在地鐵站附近，僅需要走路約3-5分鐘就可以抵達，而且該站還是1、3、5號線轉運點。該區非常熱鬧方便，吃喝玩樂都有，晚上不太需要擔心治安問題。對於觀光客而言到景福宮、昌德宮、北村、仁寺洞、三清洞、明洞、東大門都可以用走路30分鐘內抵達，益善洞就在旁邊3分鐘的路程。

設備完整對價是房間空間較小，適合纖瘦或行李輕便的人住宿，兩個人會有一點點擠，儘管是登機箱大小，要完整攤開一定會擋到動線，因此帶輕便的包包舒服的多，不建議帶大行李箱。廁所加上乾濕分離會更好～

Posizione centrale vicina alla metro. Letti comodi, lavatrice in camera molto utile, così come anche la piastra per cucinare. Economico

Camera molto piccola, vista su un muro. Non puliscono la camera se non su richiesta, ma la reception fa orari ridotti quindi difficile fare la richiesta di pulire camera.

Friendly staff, great location and all facilities you could ask for

Room was a quite comfortable size for 1-2 people, most of the utilities are written in Korean, but the staff has made sure to add extra information by writing it down, or having handy videos reachable by QR codes. The staff is VERY polite and helpful at all times, and super easy to communicate with. The establishment is very close to some tourist attractions and one of the lines that goes to a subway station which takes you to Incheon Airport, so getting to and from anywhere in Seoul to the establishment is super simple!

I had no bad experiences, so there is nothing to complain about.

Avoid! Do not trust the absurely glowing reviews

NOTHING. The hotel does exist, so I'll give it that.

Do not get fooled by the seemingly great location, it's hard to reach and find but provided none of the benefits of being in a lively neighborhoof. SMALLEST rooms imaginable. Cramped doesn't begin the describe how small the rooms are and how little wiggle room there is. Only ONE chair in an allegedly "family" room -- of but I know why, it's because even the luxury rooms have NO SPACE for a second chair. Decrepit bathrooms with repugnant "showers" that leave everything wet. This is not 1970 anymore. Unsurprisingly, an unreliable heating system that alternate beween freezing and uncomfortably hot. The tiny "reception" area that was used by a bunch of people as some sort of living/dining room. I mean, WTF.

Top Hotel exceeded expectations and is worth staying at!

The location is fantastic and the room and hotel are clean. We loved going to Ikseondong Hanok Village for breakfast and dinner (lots of cafes and bbq places). We were near a lot of palaces and it was easy to get to Gwangjang Market and Myeongdong, the subway station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel and there are 3 lines. The streets around the hotel are very active night and day and there are plenty of eateries around. We were able to change out our towels everyday at the front desk and refill on water, even though room service is only every 3 days which was totally fine! The family room has a single bed and full/double bed which is just enough for 2-3 people. The bathroom was clean though showing some age around the edges, but the kitchen was quite nice even though we didn't cook anything. The fridge was quite large though we only put drinks in it. The washing machine was really handy as we only brought a few days of clothes and continuously washed clothes. The hotel has drying racks which we used everyday (in winter it took about 2 days for things to dry even though we opened the window to get the humidity out). We were able to store luggage for 3 people in the closets and under the desk. There was enough space in closets and we were able to get more hangers at the front desk. There were 3 of us and even though there's not much room between beds and the kitchen, we were pretty comfortable. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helful! We were even able to borrow umbrellas when it was raining out, and they helped to point out where the airport limo bus departs (there are also English signs everywhere).

My friend would have liked it better if there had been a shower curtain, but many places in Asia have combined shower/toilets so I was totally fine. The 2nd floor location was loud with construction noise at 8am next door, but that couldn't be helped. The view from the room is just other buildings close by, which obstructed daylight. The room had a large window, but I wish half of the window hadn't been blocked off (room darkening windows?). The curtain itself was thick enough to darken the room at night.

明洞よりも部屋広く値段を抑えて泊まれる清潔なホテル

立地も駅や明洞からも歩くことのできる距離でこの値段だとコスパが良いと感じた。部屋も2人ともスーツケースを広げてもスペースは十分なくらいでベッドと机が近いため夜食を食べることもでき十分だった。

頭上に看板があるが入り組んだ路地にあるため夜だとはじめて行くと入り口が若干わかりにくかったが特に問題ではない

It’s a lovely stay! 행복한 시간을 보냈어요.

It’s in the centre of Jongno, surrounded by tons of cafes and restaurants. It’s a quick walk to tourist spots like Changdeokgung, gyeongbokgung, insadong and etc. It’s also located 5mins from metro station where you could get to many other places in Seoul easily. (If you take a short cut it’s even more straightforward once you get out from exit #4!) The room looks the same as photos advertised booking.com. Soundproofing works fine you don’t find it noisy despite it being in a restaurant are. But be mindful that you need some skills to place your luggage in the room if it’s too big. Housekeeping service is on request but your could replenish your towels and bottles of water at reception every day. Slippers, shower products are provided but you need to bring your teeth brush. You could use the washing machine if you buy detergent powder from reception or prepare it yourself. It’s good for longer stay! Drying machine is available in the property but you need to pay a small amount to use. There is microwave each floor that can be used freely in case you get hungry during the day. In terms of facilities it’s abundant for leisure visitor like me. In case you would like to store your luggage before or after check in it’s also possible. Staff is friendly especially Brandon. Communication before arrival was timely and responsive. They speak pretty good English so don’t worry about asking them questions! They could give you recommendations of where to visit or eat. I had a comfortable stay for 5n4d and would love to recommend it to my friend. 편하게 쉬어서 감사합니다. 다음 여행도 꼭 돌아가요 ㅋㅋㅋ.

Wonderful stay

From the moment I arrived my experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The room was immaculate and all the necessary amenities. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

Comfortable stay, excellent location, value for money

The location was excellent as it’s at Ikseondong Hanok Village. You’ll never run out of beautiful cafes to go to. Reception staff were helpful, pleasant, fluent in communicating and gave us great local food recommendations If you’re on a budget or would like a longer stay, this is perfect as there’s a stove and washing machine in the room and a microwave outside the room. Beds are firm and comfy too

There will be noise as you’re at the heart of the action but not too disruptive and the space is limited. However, it really is value for money

Exceptional !

We like everything in this hotel. It's sorrounded by so many restaurants. The facilities , the location, and everything in this hotel. Especially Brandon and friends, they are so nice to all guests. They also told us about which place to go. Note to take that they clean the room every 3days upon request.

Nothing to doubt.

Die Küche ist sehr vorheilhaft und man erspart sich sehr viel Geld durch das selber kochen, da Seoul teuer sein kann.

Für Koch Utensilien (pfanne, Teller etc.) muss man 10.000 won bezahlen.

Good

Equipped with washing machine and a small kitchen with fridge. Location is 10 15 minutes walking distance to 3 different lines of train. Window that you can open for ventilation, and comes with mosquito net.

Although equipped with washing machines, dryer costs 5000KRW each run, and the owner is only allowing 45minutes each run, the clothes (3-4 t-shirts and undies) were only half dried each time, so we have to do multiple 15minutes run after that for fully drying the clothes. The lady owner is more friendly on this bit than the male owner. No ventilation in the corridor.

I am pleased with my stay overall. Will definitely recommend for my friends and family.

Front desk people are very helpful and the location is pretty convenient.

The air condition needs maintaining services cause it did not seem to work properly.
