le cauchemar de mes vacances

Un très mauvais séjour pour moi on était envahi de fourmis sur le plan de travail de partout très mal isolé c'est unvacarne jour et nuit aucune isolation phonique La photo ne correspond pas du tout à l'appartement réservé très diffus comme on est arrivé alors que nous faisons tout nous voyage avec vous genius niveau 3 Les commentaires ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité

L'appartement qui n'est pas du tout elle se nourrissait qui a des fourmis de partout à la limite del insalubrite Pas de débit d'eau chaude dans la douche toilette à la cuisine envahie de fourmis sur le plan de travail ainsi que dans notre vie très mauvaise insonorisation très mauvais maintenant là est très ajourée à la vue de tout le monde Impossible de dormir le matin Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi l'appartement de la photo ne correspondait pas il m'ont dit que c'était vous qui avez réservé ce studio

Non è andata come mi aspettavo dalla descrizione della struttura

Mancanza di luce naturale perché l’appartamento a piano terra è sotto un balcone e ad una scala e non da ad un cortile interno ma ad una stradina di accesso libero per la farmacia e altre attività. Non si poteva quindi tenere su la tapparella della verandina all’ingresso e quindi la luminosità era ridotta e nulla nel bagna Rumorosità anche notturna perchè adiacente alla strada principale Pulizia approssimativa soprattutto nel cucinino. Essi a delle 3 reti wifi prendeva bene e neppure la linea telefonica normale . Per questi motivi ho fatto solo 1 notta su 7 e non ho ancora risposta sul rimborso delle altre. Spero che la struttura mi rimborsi. Inoltre, non sono stata assolutamente assistita da Booking per trovare un’altra struttura adeguata. Me la sono dovuta cavare da sola, in un Paese che non conoscevo per nulla, aiutata solo da un taxista locale. Ancora adesso Booking non mi sta assistendo nella richiesta delle notti non usufruite

Great affordable Location on Grand Baie - Not if you want peace and quiet. Beware the mosquitos !

Repairs & Maintenance and/or Renovations ONGOING in the upper floor of the building for many hours including weekend; Busy Main road due to good location & hence very Noisy.

The property is on the beachfront of Grand Baie with easy access to shops and the beach. The room was spacious with air con and the basic kitchenware supplied.

We had to buy our own soap, washing up liquid etc. which for a four night stay wasn't necessarily convenient. On two occasions we found a cockroach in the bathroom. No onside parking but managed to get by by using the public car park for the beach

Very convenient for everything. Owners were on site all day for any queries. They provided a taxi from airport for 1500 rupees. Very clean with daily room service. Totally secure.

Pleasant

Close to the beach, local transport (easy to reach from mahebourg station in approx 3 hrs), big super market and some restaurants. Appartment comes with a simpel kitchen!

The noice of the road is very loud (we had a room in the middle of the building besides the stairs), the smoke smell in the room and the gate couldnt be locked in the night (but there are camera's everywhere). If you dont mind these points...the price was good for the place.

Exceptional

The apartment was great, it was a good size, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The owners were great, very helpful and super friendly. They had a tour office downstairs so it was always easy to talk to them. The tours were great as well. The apartment was right by the bus stops, ATM machine, grand bay public beach and a 5 minutes walk to big grocery store. We even stayed longer as planned.

Staying here was a great experience!

Lovely friendly staff at Ebrahim Flats. A very convenient location in Grand Baie. As well as accommodation they offer rental cars and activity trips. We went on a catamaran trip to 3 islands and it was a really fantastic experience! We also rented a car from them and we were very satisfied. Excellent experience all round!

Would definitely recommend here for a stay in Grand Baie.

Good price, good location, large 3 bed apartment, clean and near to all facilities...... would recommend Have stayed here previously in small studio...... which again was adequate for a couple of nights stay.

Be careful when booking....... we wanted 2 rooms for two adults and thought we had booked 'whole apartment' for two people. As it turns out description is misleading and we were told after booking that it was only 1 room for two adults. Owners were very helpful though and allowed an extra room for a small additional cost.

Air conditioning and fan in the bedroom. Near the beach and supermarket.

Stove didn't work (probably the gas cylinder was empty), there were no dishwashing detergents and hand soap. The cutlery was a bit worn out.

Apartment is comfortable and it is good equipped. Perfect location close to everything. Friendly hosts. They organized our trips, transportation etc. We enjoy every moment.

Very good staff

Great location. Great value .. I accidentally left my passport and money in the room safe. When I realised several days after leaving, the staff were understanding and helpful to get it back. Really good experience.

Comfort and value by the beach in lively Grand Baie. Recommended.

Very comfortable and spacious studio with terrace. Spacious fridge-freezer. Regular cleaning and changes of bed linen and towels.. Great value. Great location just across the road from the beach, with its food stalls and shady places to sit overlooking the bay. Lots of local restaurants, to suit any budget. A small supermarket metres away and a huge one a short walk. Shopping in the big Super-U is like being in France with a great selection of cheeses and charcuterie.. Nearby bus stops and plentiful taxis. Ebrahim travel offer a wide variety of excursions.

Other reviews have mentioned noise. The building next door has been completed and is no longer noisy. Grand Baie is a lively place and the road between here and the beach is busy: drivers often play loud music and boy racers occasionally roar past with their exaggerated exhausts. If you're looking for a quiet retreat Grand Baie is probably not the place, but the atmosphere and facilities far outweigh any disturbance. Though it's probably more due to the present crisis.. toiletries would be welcome ( not a problem for me- I have a supply). Some basic kitchen supplies ( condiments etc.) would be welcome.

Exceptional

The location and the hosts were both superb ..both Raeesa and Saud were responsive to requests and it helped that the hosts also run a reputed tour agency so we booked our tours with them too .

Liked everything , nothing much to complain about . Maybe the hosts could just provide detergent for washing clothes rather than the tourist having to buy big packets , with small pouches hardly available . Also if you could make arrangements for hot water in the bathroom it would be great .
