Ordentlich und zentral.

Moderne Wohnungen im Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich.

Als erstes wurden wir in ein Zimmer gesteckt, in der wissentlich die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Bei um die 28 - 30 Grad nicht gut. Mit geöffnetem Fenster kam Fritösenduft hinein und es war sehr laut. Nach kurzer Kommunikation bekamen wir noch am Abend ein neues Zimmer.

Verschrikkelijk

Prima locatie in het centrum, met een bakker onder de accommodatie voor een heerlijk ontbijt. Parkeren in de buurt is lastig, maar voor zo’n €15 per dag wel vaak mogelijk.

Schimmel plekken in de kamer, gordijnen sluiten niet goed en bed piept en kraakt bij het omdraaien. Spinnenweb en haren in de kamer aangetroffen, niet echt schoon gemaakt dus. De keuken is een gedeelde ruimte met de andere kamers, beetje een studentenhuis idee met dito koelkast…. Zeer gehorig aan de straatzijde (kamer 1) Zeer luidruchtig personeel tot 21 uur ‘‘s avonds. Personeel had telefoon laten liggen met wekker ingesteld om 6:30 uur!!!!

Goed voor een nacht in Podgorica, zonder meer

Centrale ligging (tegelijk ook een nadeel door een festivalletje op het plein waar we niet op voorhand van op de hoogte waren), groot bed, voldoende ruimte.

Foto's geven een veel moderner en netter beeld van de b&b en de afwerking van alle ruimtes... Een gordijn was stuk waardoor we in het felle licht van de Burger King aan de overkant moesten proberen te slapen. De douchebak liep opvallend snel vol met water, waardoor we vermoedden dat de afloop niet grondig schoon was.

In the heart of Podgorica near many shops and restaurants!

Perfect for a lay over of flying into Podgorica and heading to the coast. The lady at reception was incredibly helpful too.

A bit dated but well worth the money spent.

Parking was a problem

The location is great, right in the center of Podgorica. There is no breakfast available, but there is a shared kitchenette on the premises, with a fridge. And there is a bakery next door. Wi-fi was good.

Parking is a huge problem! Please don't say that parking is available, because it is not really. We spent two hours looking for a parking space for our car! Finally, we found a space some five minutes away from the premises, BUT we were unable to pay by SMS with a foreign phone! We had to ask the receptionist to pay with her phone, so she did - for one hour. We had to pay for a few more hours for the evening and a few more in the morning. We asked the receptionist to pay for us for those hours (and left her cash for it), but we did not see her again before we left. Since we have not received a ticket yet, we hope that everything was settled. So, all in all, if you decide to stay here, we recommend that you do not plan on parking near the building.

Good location but not much else

The location and personel were nice.

The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, it was malformed in the middle creating a V shape. It’s a bed on which you cannot sleep on and shouldn’t be used as so. Many parts of the apartment are destroyed such as the door, some visible humidity inside. One window was totally broken and didn’t open. This place appears as a 4 stars hotel ( if you read carefully you see that it’s a B&B) but the information is misleading and should be taken off. The soap was barely available.

Central location, friendly staff and big room. Walls were slightly stained.

Friendly staff and most central location you can find! The room was big and they organise a private airport transfer for 10€ fee (it's usually 12€ with other transfer).

The walls were stained and the water was leaking in the toilet, which the staff told me it's normal. Well they better fix it because it's a waste of water!

I felt like home here

The most important in my stay here is a great receptionist Ksenija and her help to me in every question I asked her. And I had all necessary things here. The location is also great.

No brekafast even promised. No hotel but hostel even at the time booking.com was giving us understanding that this is hotel . 2 stars max .

Great location but didn't feel clean

The location of the room was great, right in the centre. The room was also very spacious.

The room felt very dirty. There was mould on the walls in the living room and the bathroom and towels provided did not look clean.

Nice stay, very close to the centre

Value for money stay. The room is very clean and comfort and the staff very helpful. It has a shared kitchen and fridge but this is ok, if you are all day outside (i wouldn't use the kitchen and the fridge even if it was inside the room). I would choose it again!

Comfortable stay

Location is perfect, right in the center! Room is comfortable and clean. You can make tea/coffee in common kitchen.

You can't cook. Since reception is right outside the room, it gets noisy at times.
